Day 2! Halfway through the shoot and I’m absolutely floored by what we’re getting. Can’t show you much from today for fear of spoiling surprises but my god, this crew is really making some magic happen. And this cast! In addition to our lead @msandersactor, @anders_geipel and @charlyw97 graced our cameras today with some truly vivid work. Lotta talent moving through this warehouse right now.

That’s it! Made the cover 🩸 Bucket list item ✅🎈I can die happy now.

An absolute pleasure and honor to be working with this team. @anders_geipel and @allanswan_ , the legends, making it happen. You guys are an inspiration as I venture toward producing my first movie. You have vision, drive, and you get it done. No one’s talking! Just doing. 💜 Inspired by their real experiences working the club scene in NYC. I play the devil reincarnate manager from hell who terrorizes her employees. Why? Well, we gotta find out.

I had such a fantastic time shooting this pilot, and I can’t wait to see where it goes next! @numotionpictures

“do you guys ever just think about
how your friends love you
because they want to
and not because they have to
what the fuck is up with that
that is so cool

🎥 𝟜𝟜𝟚 is World Premiering on 3/11 at @osakaasianfilmfestival! 🌏🎞 The film navigates patriotism & identity of Japanese-American fighters during WW2 while their families are detained in internment camps back home. This is a film dedicated to second generation members of the Asian diaspora and to share the exploration of these identities with the world. To read more about it - hit the link in my bio!

DER PLATZ IS OUT NOW! (via private Vimeo link—nothing to drop in the old bio I’m afraid, this will have to be a DM situation, so DM!)

A thousand thank yous to everyone who donated time and money into this harebrained project, the result and response has been extraordinary. To the donors for their patience and generosity, to the crew for their trust and ingenuity, to the cast for their energy and commitment: Hats off to you all. It was a joy and a pleasure.

Stay tuned for festival updates!

#WCW or #waybackwednesday? Both - just for the lovely @dezimusic 😘. Check out ‘The Edge’ on our Vimeo because it’s a feast for the eyes and the ears, and also you can see @clsyrios’ epic yawn in motion 👊.

(1/5) Still from “Cookie Heart”, probably one of the most ambitious projects I have been fortunate enough to shoot, a 14 minute one-take.

Thanks to everybody for their great work!
