What’s happening here?
Well, the mayor of Aniane has decided to help make the village greener. You can simply submit an application, and—someone comes along to drill a hole right where you want it by your house, planting greenery that climbs up the façade. In the spring we hope for a lot of roses and lavendel…🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
🌿Such a fantastic idea.
🌿It makes the village more beautiful in every way!

A big thank you to the mayor of Aniane and his team from us- Les Suédois! 🇫🇷❤️

Aniane is full of lovely cats. When dusk falls, it becomes their village. But this cutie likes the daylight—and our street!

LAUTREC - HISTORY & ENJOYMENT
3 hours from Aniane - west on winding roads over the mountains lies the village of Lautrec. A small village with half-timbered houses and designated ”one of the most beautiful villages in France”.

🌿💙Here, history from the Middle Ages and especially the 16th century is reminiscent of a rich history around the blue gold - indigo and veige.

We live on a large farm with a lovely host couple. @domaine.couderquier

Quiet days in Aniane mean there’s a lot going on... Visits to the Hôtel de Ville to discuss planting by the house, little purchases at the cheese shop, coffee with Thomas and Didrik, cuddling cats, a few emails to take care of, assembling IKEA beds—well, simply lovely days...

”Ho, ho!” we hear from the lane... it’s Monika on her way back from her vegetable patch. It’s so lovely to see her again. She’s loaded down with delicious tomatoes, zucchini, thyme, and basil—and she’s absolutely delighted about the rain! 🍅🥬🥒🌶️🫜🧄🫛
Then, in the afternoon, the sun suddenly came out. ☀️
🌿It’s all just wonderful!

KONST I ANIANE
