Getting so over this!! Been having lots of #nosebleeds lately.. especially when doing a #wod!! Think I need to have a #doctor look at it 🤨
Anyhow.. today was yet another good wod out in the free! Normally I don't like outdoor wods, but with this nice #weather, it's been great!
Did a #twopeace today..
First a 3 #roundsforquality
• 60sec #plank
• 30 #flutterkicks
• 20 #russiantwists
• 10 #backraises
All was #bodyweight

Second was a 15min #amrap
• 20 #dumbellsnatch
• 8 #burpees
• 20 #reverselunges w/ #dumbelloverhead
• 8 #burpees
I used a 17,5kg #dumbell

First a 3×8 #backsquat.. I did it with 40kg, more for #quality then #strenght.. Then a 12min #amrap
35 #doubleunders / #singleunders
24 #airsquats
15 #kettlebellswings, I had a 20kg #kettlebell.. Did 5 #rounds and 15 #squats.. And now my legs #hate me.. Hehe!

Did a #tuesdaything today.. They call it a #wod.. The name of this wod was #smoothcriminal! Was a #beginnersclass, så we dropped part A, and focused on #deadlift instead.. That shit can hurt if done wrong 😳 i did 20 #dubleunders, but that was in between some singles.. So I total did about 60 reps.. I think 🥺
#smoothcriminal :
#amrap 15
60 #dubleunders
30 #wallballs
15 #deadlifts

Got 6 lift on round 2.. #cardio is not my fav thing.. Hehe! 😅

#Tuesday came and went! So did the #wod! It was a #beginnersclass, but we did the full #wod! Started with some #frontsquat! Not #heavy tho, just 5×2 reps with #slowdecent! About 20 min work! Then we got into #hell 😝 #10 min #row with #emom #boxjump (1 - 9 jumps)! That was #painfull 😵 got in at #1784 #meters 👌 and now, my #legs #hurt 😆 #CrossFit #CrossFitCommunity #GrenlandCrossFit #GottaLoveIt #LoveCrossFit #GetFit #StayFit #Reebok #ReebokFitness #Rogue #RogueFitness #ryourogue @grenlandcrossfit @roguefitness @crossfit @getworkt @crossfit.motivate @rogueeurope @2115nine @crossfit @cfblackbear @thecrossfitmayhem @blaalyscrossfit
