Menyenangkan dan menyehatkan. Rutinitas baru buat saya. Selama ini saya jarang berterimakasih sama badan ini,padahal dia selama ini yang bantu saya berdiri dan menopang setiap aktifitas saya setiap hari. Karena dulu mungkin saya sama sekali tidak pernah berpikir akan sejauh ini. Semuanya daya masukkan kedalam badan ini,mau itu baik atau yang tidak terpikirkan oleh orang itu boleh dikonsumsi.🤭🤭😂 Mungkin menurut orang2 paling saya ikut ini cuma buat gaya2 saja latihan boxing seperti ini. Padahal saya ikut ini agar saya bisa melatih emosi saya,mencoba berubah menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya.
