What a trip! It’s been nerve racking, FUN, heartbreaking, AMAZING! I couldn’t be more proud of @braelynlarson7 and the entire @andovercheerteam. The coaches, parents, and cheerleaders poured their hearts into the last 5 years. Congrats on your accomplishments!

Thank you Andover cheer 📣🐾
This is one of the hardest goodbyes. This program and team means so much to me. I am beyond grateful for every friendship, every challenge, and every opportunity that cheer has given to me. I am thankful for my coaches for pushing me every day to be better but also making practice so much fun. I’m thankful for ALL the parents that supported us at every event with their sparkly gold jackets and cowbells. I have made so many friendships through cheer that will last a lifetime. My teammates never fail to make me laugh and they make every practice so much fun. I am especially thankful for my Mom for being my coach and my biggest role model. She is the one who put me in the sport and is always the loudest person cheering me on. She always has a positive attitude and a smile on her face. I am so proud of how far this program has come and I am excited to watch the legacy grow. I know that I have left a mark on Andover Cheer, but it has left an even bigger mark on my life on and off the mat. I’m so thankful for every opportunity and I’m excited for whatever my next adventure brings. #wewill #weGETto #Crushthedistance

The best teams don't look for ways to fit people in—they redefine the game so everyone belongs. 🤝🏆

Inclusion is about more than just showing up. It’s about the teammate who kneels down to hold the megaphone. It’s about the coach who sees potential, not limitations. It’s about a squad that is only at its best when every member is on the floor.

Inclusivity for people with disabilities means more than just a ramp or a caption on a video (though those are vital!). It’s about the feeling of being seen, valued, and expected. It’s about creating a culture where "come as you are" actually includes everyone.
Let’s build a world where nobody has to sit on the sidelines because the door wasn't wide enough—literally or figuratively.

Huge shoutout to the programs making sure every kid gets their moment in the spotlight! 🌟 (our shoutout to @andovercheerteam) @elliegirl214.

How are you practicing inclusivity in your daily life?
