Ne-a ieșit!

Please meet the wonderful people who have modeled for our animation's secondary characters. They had enough faith in the story to lend it their traits and talents. They performed flawlessly and gracefully endured our innumerable requests and whims through each and every photo session.

Some of them you may already know from stage and screen, of some you might hear for the first time. It was a true pleasure to work with each and every one of them. In order of their characters' screen time:
Ioan Fuia, Cosmin Stănilă @cocostanila , Maria Șuteu @m.ariasuteu and Doru Taloș @dorumihaitalos .

For all your dedication, skill and kindness, a heartfelt thank you!

Krisztina Várnai @kriszta_soulprints was one of the first people to become involved in the project. Alongside Claudia Chelaru, she provided us with some of the earliest character explorations, which became part of the visual backbone of our project's development. An incredibly skilled and highly imaginative artist, her style focuses primarily on visionary surrealism. Be sure to check out her awe-inspiring artwork on display at @soulprint_gallery - we promise it will be an astounding collection.

Thanks for all your graceful help, Kriszta, and hope to one day have the chance of working with you again!

Although he was the last to join our team, Mihnea Buzatu @mihneabt was quick to make himself an integral and indispensable part of it. A highly skilled and versatile animator and 3D artist, he has proven his amazing abilities in Bogdan Mureșanu's stunning and multi-awarded short animation The Magician.

He was always the man with the solution and he never backed down from a challenge. He acknowledged the problem, set his mind to solving it and, in due time, came forward with the results. Reliable and tenacious, dependable and knowledgeable, that is how we'd describe him.

Thank you, Mihnea, for all your crucial help. It was an honour having you as part of our team.

In our first meeting we talked for hours in the backroom of a dimly lit restaurant about everything that lay hidden beyond the script. All the backstories and details and all the untold histories of our characters. All their dreams and hopes and sorrows. A great many things that were never intended to be shown or told. Few people know them even to this day and not many will ever get to find out about them.

He asked all the right questions and surveyed each and every facet of the project. He embraced it . Then he began editing. He fought tooth and nail at every step for what he knew was right. He never lost focus. He was passionate about the story, loyal to its spirit and staunch in his efforts to shape it into its best possible cut. He worked like a madman and he cared, all the way.

That day when we met, Alex Pintică @alex.pintica , you know? It is counted amongst the best of days. Thank you for everything.

În 2040, oare punem smochine la murat? 🍈

It is our great pleasure to introduce you to Dan-Ștefan Rucăreanu @dan.rucareanu , who, alongisde Ioan Filip, was in charge of our film's sound.

We met both of them more than a decade ago. They shared such an overwhelming mix of confidence, curiosity and humour that it was one of those rare moments in life when, after just one conversation, you know that the people in front of you are the ones you want to work with.

We strongly believe that the greatest hindrance to learning and evolution is the lack of constructive argument and creative challenge. There was no lack of either of them when working with Ștefan. He not only impeccably delivered his work but also, with dilligence and consideration, was always there to advise and guide. A tutor and a mentor. Mindful and responsible. Perceptive. Immensely knowledgeable. Firm and exigent when needed, always confident in himself and his abilities. And one of the most well-humored and considerate people we've ever had the opportunity to meet.

Thank you, Ștefan!
