There is a lot of culture shock when living with a Brazilian, but one of the most interesting yet has been how my wife sprays down the ENTIRE bathroom with water when cleaning. Though I have to say, it certainly is effective 🧼.

Choque cultural de quem é casado com brasileira: minha esposa lava o banheiro INTEIRO com água, do chão ao teto, praticamente. E o pior é que funciona 😂🧼

Oktoberfest... in Brazil?? 🇧🇷🍻🇩🇪

Not only do they celebrate, it also happens to be the second largest celebration outside of Munich. Would you go?

Sometimes a direct translation gives you an unwanted result 💛🚿😂

Às vezes, a tradução literal sai meio estranha 💛🚿😂

If you and your partner can’t decide on what to eat, I highly recommend Mexican food 🇲🇽

Comment “YES” or “DEFINITELY” if you’d like to see the behind the scenes production of this video 😁😂

Nothing better than getting to spend quality time with the three most important people in my life. And to have the opportunity to do it in such a beautiful place, I couldn’t ask for more.

Flowers for Giovanna 💐

This post is probably too sappy for most, but I do what I want. And I want to dedicate a post to @andradeegi

Yesterday marked 50 days since I left Australia, and 50 days since Gi and I have seen each other outside a screen. Long distance isn’t easy, particularly one dictated by visa restrictions and 7,000 miles apart. So we keep finding small ways to stay close. One thing I’ve done is “pick” flowers for her each morning and send them to her. These have been some of my favorites.

If you’ve ever done long distance, let me know how you make the distance feel smaller.

I refuse to believe I’ll ever be too old to jump in the mosh pit… but this post-WSL rager definitely did its best to prove otherwise.

Somewhere between losing my phone in the sand, surviving the chaos, and watching a guy break his arm, I started questioning whether I was past my prime.

Still… phone recovered, body mostly intact, and absolutely no regrets.
