Some people think mortgage brokers hate the banks. I don’t at all.

The amount of clients who come to me because their bank is terrible at customer service is probably 40% of my business.

Plus with much stricter in house lending rules there is a lot of things that we can get done that banks can’t.

If you have been denied by a bank or if you’re a realtor and have a client denied by the bank give me a shout.

It will only take a 15 min call to talk about how I can’t structure it differently to possibly get an approval.

Why is it so hard to just hang out as an adult without it feeling like a networking event? That’s exactly what we wanted to fix with our Summer Social: House Party. 🍻

No pitching. No pressure to be “on.” Just professionals, founders, and the people who keep the wheels turning, getting to step away from the grind for a few hours.
We brought back nostalgic games, spun favorite throwback tracks, and focused on building real friendships. My absolute favorite moment was seeing people from totally unrelated industries deep in conversation, discovering shared interests they never would have found at a traditional mixer.

It was old-school, it was loud, and it was a perfect reminder that true community is everything.

It all comes back to building authentic connections.

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up for the vibes, brought their energy, and danced the night away.

Making adult friends is weird.

You finally meet someone cool, and five minutes later they’re trying to sell you something!

We’ve all been to events where every conversation turns into a sales pitch.

This isn’t one of them.

Mine and @andreaa_8 ‘s Socials are about genuine connection, good conversations, and meeting people you’d actually want to hang out with again.

We’re bringing together some of our favourite people in business and people building cool things in the city, and asking everyone to leave the prospecting at the door. Our friends and community are showing up to hang out, clock out and unwind, not to be sold to. We’re keeping the space intentional, so conversations stay real and not transactional.

What better way than bringing back a “House Party”. Think of it like the house parties we all loved except we’re adults now, we have responsibilities tomorrow, and nobody wants to be out until 2 a.m.

So we’re keeping it early, playing the throwback songs everyone knows the words to, and creating a space where you can actually hear the person you’re talking to.

So leave the business cards at home and bring your actual personality instead. 😎 🍻

A quick disclaimer: if you’re coming to network, this probably isn’t the event for you.

We’re not building a room full of prospects, we’re bringing together a room full of our friends. People we’ve met through business, community, and life who simply enjoy being around good humans.

No elevator pitches. No awkward sales conversations. No pressure to “work the room.”

Just creators, business owners, operators, and good humans hanging out together.

And yes, we’re hosting it early because we’re all at the age where we’d like to party and still be home at a reasonable hour. Adult friendships are hard, networking events are exhausting, and frankly we’d all like to be in bed before 10. 🌅☕🎶😂

Our Spring Social was such a success 🌸

Thank you to everyone who took time out of their busy day to clock out with us. Seeing old friends meet new friends, connections happen naturally, and conversations flow even past happy hour reminded us exactly why we started this in the first place.

And huge props to the people who showed up alone not knowing a single person, that takes confidence, and by the end of the event it felt like everyone was part of the same circle ❤️

For everyone who attended, you already got the early bird announcement but because of the demand (and all the messages from people who couldn’t make this one last minute), we’ve already planned the next SUMMER social during Stampede 🐎!!

Stay tuned for our June announcement when tickets drop. Limited space available with drinks, snacks, throwback music, and a room (or backyard 😉) full of people who just get it!

Huge shoutout to @therooftopyyc for giving us the space to host our very first event. It was the perfect way to launch.

Thank you for taking more shots with our friends instead of soliciting each other. @andreaa_8 and I appreciate everyone who came to socialize, not sell.

A few days ago we had a second ticket release and it SOLD OUT within 3 hours!

Truthfully, we didn’t realize how many people were craving a space to clock out, let loose, and just be around other people who get it. No networking pressure, no work mode. Just good energy, real conversations, and a few hours to party off the clock.

The response to this event has honestly blown us away, and we’re so grateful for every single person who grabbed a ticket, shared the event, or supported the idea behind it.

Because of the demand... another event is already in the works. 😎

Thank you for making this something bigger than we imagined.
