Pink Buckle kicks off tomorrow and here's FullBucket's Pink Buckle Picks: The Horses and Humans You Need to Watch

This events is bringing together some of the best horses and riders in barrel racing for another week of big runs, big goals, and even bigger competition.

So we put together our FullBucket Pink Buckle Watch List, from the legacy of Busby Quarter Horses and the comeback story of Mindy Holloway & Cornbread to the processes of Ceri Ward, the quiet consistency of Kit Johnson, the long game of Stephanie Fryar, and rising star Dusky Lynn Hall.

Different programs. Different horses. Different stories.

But behind every one is the same thing: the daily work of keeping horses feeling their best and ready to perform.

Head to the blog to meet this year’s FullBucket athletes and see who’s on our Pink Buckle watch list. And then tell us: Who’s on yours?

Now that the dust has officially settled we wanted to congratulate these two ladies on their second and third NFR qualifications 👏🏻

We’ve loved watching you all year and are proud to be a trusted part of your programs. Not only do we support amazing athletes in the arena but we’re also just as proud of who they are outside of it!

Let’s go to Vegas girls!

The final weekend of the regular season brought some major money for athletes fighting to stay inside the Governor’s Cup cutoff 🤑
Clayton Biglow and Dalton Massey led the way with $46,533 each, making them the highest earners of the weekend, while Andrea Busby, Tyler Calhoun, Cory Solomon, Martha Angelone and Bradi Good all put together big paydays to make moves in the standings. Angelone and Good made their way into the top 15 in the world standings, while Cory Solomon’s singular big win at the Governor’s Cup punched his ticket to his 11th NFR. Former high school champion and Rookie of the Year Tyler Calhoun made one of the biggest moves, jumping from No. 19 to No. 12 in the standings, while it was an emotional moment as we watched Andrea Busby solidify her spot and move inside the top 15.

With NFR spots on the line, every dollar mattered — and these bubble earners made some serious moves when it counted.

She came in sitting No. 19, a few hours later she left No. 14 and her ticket to Vegas punched.
Andrea Busby and Jets Top Gun “Bennie” did it. They knew what had to be done and came out with the trophy at the Governor’s Cup 🏆

Congratulations Andrea, so proud to have you on team FB!
