“Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing. There is a field. I’ll meet you there.” Rumi

For me abortion is not about the question of wrong or right. It is about people, facing a challenging situation, that need love, compassion, understanding and healing.

At the reading of CHOICE the audience wrote down their stories of sexualizations. Afterwards @rebecca10032 read them aloud and burnt them alive. What a great feeling! Let’s release all our heavy stories.

“Full circle, into the fire!” as my friend Kelly said.

So proud of my cast and all the people who participated in this ritual. May your courage be rewarded.

73% of abortions are done by married women, but nobody dares to ask why. So why?

Footage of the reading of CHOICE in May 2023 in Brooklyn. I am so proud we made this happen.
