The Stay Human Retreat is shaped by three facilitators who have spent decades helping people navigate pressure, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate steadiness. 🍃

Together, they create an experience where conversation and embodied practice support one another naturally.✨

Thank you for following Aprils babies on their journeys to finding their forever homes 💕

All the puppies are so special in their own ways and we have had the pleasure of getting to know each one.

Sugar - who actually is the sweetest little baby- is going to thrive at her foster home- just as Princess is doing so well in hers ! (As you know we will always send updates !)

These puppies are still available and if you’d like to donate or foster or adopt you can dm me directly @thek9woman

Pledges below would be so appreciated !! ANYTHING helps right now 🙏🏽

We just want to make sure everyone gets there safe and sound 🙏🏽💓

We have some adorable updates from princess’s foster family 💓

Lots of naps and decompression time !

She’s loving her space 😂

Princess is a fun loving energetic girl, who’s very smart and is looking for a family of her own.

She does great with kids, and dogs, maybe even cats with slow intros.

If you’d like to apply please reach out 💕

If you don’t feel like she’s a good match, then please engage with this post by sharing, liking and commenting any questions you may have 🙏🏽

“Kinship” is defined as “the state of being related to others”

or

“a deep sense of connection or similarity between people who share common traits or experiences”

Here’s a few ways we experience “kinship” in our diverse community:

- Practicing postures to strengthen and open our bodies
- Practicing breath to soothe and develop an empowered connection to our nervous systems
- Sipping a warm tea or refreshing cup of electrolytes together in the lobby
- Witnessing each other with respect
- Being patient and understanding with each other in shared spaces (even the parking lot)
- Celebrating and supporting our neighbors 🌹

What are some ways you experience “kinship” with others?

One of our favorite parts of hosting retreats is the community that forms.♥️ We didn’t want to wait until the next retreat to reconnect.

So we’re inviting you to join us for our first Sol + Moon Community Practice—a morning of movement (little bit of sun and moon energy from @andreajensenyoga @teramatsu) followed by tea, homemade treats, and conversation.

Sunday, August 2 in Los Feliz
10:00 AM
Donation-based

Whether you’ve joined us on retreat before or you’re simply curious about Sol + Moon, we’d love to have you.

Space is limited, so send us a message to reserve your spot!

There is something undeniably special about Hawaiʻi. It’s hard to explain, but almost everyone who visits can feel it.

In May 2027, we’ll gather in the lush beauty of Upcountry Maui for a four-night, five-day retreat. Far from the crowds and just a short flight from California, it feels a world away.

Set on a serene estate surrounded by rolling hills, open skies, and nature in every direction, this retreat offers a quiet sanctuary for rest, reflection, and connection.

Your retreat experience includes:

• Beautiful accommodations
• Daily yoga, movement, and mindfulness practices
• Nourishing chef-prepared meals
• Time to rest, explore, and enjoy the beauty of Maui

Because space is limited, we’re opening a pre-registration list before officially launching enrollment. A deposit will be required to reserve your spot. If this is calling you, send us a DM and we’ll share details.

Love,

Michelle & Andrea
