After 9 unforgettable years, it’s time to say goodbye to Belgium & @jitsietrials

Walking away from something that’s been so much more than a job has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made. What started as a dream opportunity for a 23 year old kid turned into a life full of lessons, laughter, travel and friendship that will stay with me forever

To @jgdcard @loesdmc and @cardinaelsl - thank you for taking a chance on me. You let me pour my heart into the sport I love, explore the world and grow in ways I never expected. I’m leaving with more than just experience. I’m leaving with memories.

To @max_biyo (my little 🥖) and @jan.peters._ (my crazy German brother) thank you for the brotherhood, the endless laughs, and all the wild stories. From late night rides back from the pub, BBQ’s in the parking lot and for teaching me people actually eat salads as a main meal, you made this journey what it is.

To all the dealers, riders and friends I’ve met along the way. Thank you for welcoming me, challenging me and sharing this incredible ride.

To Belgium. You strange, beautiful, emotional country You gave me some real highs. But also tested me in the real lows. However you gave me a second family. @els_pascal @ymke.gilis and Yunan, you took me in as one of your own. I’ll never forget this

The trials community. Especially @trialmaaskant thank you for making me fit right in.

It’s hard to sum it all up in one post, and even harder to thank everyone individually. But if you were on this crazy journey with me. Thank you.

And now. It’s time to head back to Gods Country. Something new, but very familiar is coming that I can’t wait to share. 👀❤️

Andrea, Ashlee, Cait, Camilla, Jordan, Rosa, and Sol — Anodetome is what it is because of you. You bring more than simply work to a place — you’ve built a feeling, and a community. One that welcomes our clients in and makes them feel seen, safe, and supported. I’m deeply honored to be building something so meaningful alongside each of you.
A great team is more than just people working side by side, it’s a shared heartbeat and purpose. Built on trust, humility, grit, and grace. Valuing and appreciating one another. Too often founders get all the credit, but the truth is the team is the one that made it all happen. This isn’t just my vision anymore, it’s ours. And you’ve brought it to life in ways I never could alone.
What each of you bring goes beyond experience and frankly, it’s rare in this industry: confidence without ego, strength rooted in compassion, and a real commitment to serving others. In a time so often driven by fleeting trends, ego and greed, your presence is a refreshing return to the true essence of a service industry. That energy lives in every cue, every interaction, every quiet act of care. It’s felt, and it matters.
Years as a client myself have gotten me through some of my hardest times and taught me this: the kindness and energy of a great instructor or staff can shift the mindset of your entire day. What sets this team apart is the rare blend of expertise, compassion, and integrity. It’s why clients come back, and why I’m so intentional with every new hire. More than anything, I’m proud of the culture we’ve established.
We’re not just guiding movement, we’re caring for the whole person: body, mind, soul, and journey. Every client who walks through our doors deserves to feel uplifted, empowered, and celebrated simply for showing up, because life’s hard enough. And you all bring that, every day.
