mock visual for a milk & cereal flavour cookie launch 🍪🥛 inspired by @andreascookies a new launch should be interesting, enticing, unique, and make you want to try the product instantly. that’s the power of creative advertising - it doesn’t just show you a product, it makes you feel something before you’ve even tried it. by playing with visuals and making it relate to your own product, the goal is to make the product feel fun and memorable. it creates curiosity and makes people stop scrolling. that’s when you know the marketing is doing its job. it’s not just about selling a product - it’s about creating a craving and an experience people want to be part of. ✨

Three years sober this month. A brand built from that decision. And we are just getting warmed up 🏆🏆🏆 Teamed up with @mejuri to celebrate a personal milestone, give our newest draft picks their debut, and raise a can with the best roster around. 🏈🧢⚾️ Three years on the sidelines of drinking. Front and centre for everything else. 🥹🥹🥹 The best is yet to be played. ♥️♥️♥️ @drinkteamspirits @drinkteamspirits @drinkteamspirits #sobrietyjourney #odaat #recoveryispossible #wedorecover #fyp

On the hunt for the city’s best seasonal treat for fall🍂 The perfect excuse to be a little gluttonous and write it off as research… 🧐 1. mini pumpkin pie with torched maple meringue from @barbershoppatisserie 2. apple crisp & pumpkin pie cookies from @andreascookies. The texture of all of her cookies is unmatched! 3. carrot cake madeleines from @gateau_ghost 4. the very special cinnamon roll & ice cream sammy ft @bangbang_icecream from @bakerbots_baking. Will be coming back to try everything else… Honourable mention to @forgetmenotcoffee.to for the fall-themed bevvies ☕️ the cold brew with pumpkin cold foam had me licking the lid, the spiced pear matcha was everything you want in a cozy fall drink, and the PSL was genuinely the best i’ve ever had!!! more to come in pt. 2 🍁 🏷️ #torontofoodie #torontoeats #falltreats #torontobakeries #torontocafé

Life lately + more from our recent @melrosetraining founder diaries newsletter ✍️ My camera roll is 99% photos of my son, and between spending time with him + running Melrose, I don’t have time to freely create content [or do much else for myself]. But I do miss sharing more of my life on here! A few fall updates 🍂 Melrose turned SEVEN (!!), September was our busiest month of the year, and we’ve been busy with team lunches, site visits, events + getting back into brand partnerships after I had to put so much abruptly on hold during pregnancy/postpartum. It’s been a BIG year of rebuilding, and we’re truly growing again which brings me so much ease after a very rocky start to 2026. I’m also at a stage of motherhood - 8 months postpartum - where we have our daily routines and getting out of the house with my son feels SO much easier. We bring baby Melrose EVERYWHERE and it’s so amazing seeing him grow and explore the world 🥹🩵 Outside of that, I’m very happy it’s fall. Currently loving my daily @nespresso.ca , printing actual photos from my phone for family albums, my burgundy @adidas from @brownsshoes (bc none of my shoes fit post-pregnancy), cozy Adam Sandler layers + prepping to start a Substack. Also considering changing the Melrose brand colours to brown & burgundy. Stay tuned! More coming soon! 🫶🤳
