A black eye, taped together bike and 6th place in Asuncion 🇵🇾

Super happy with how this race finished. After my frame cracking before the race and a brutally physical swim, the run legs were there and I snagged my first top 10 at the World Cup level.

Now time to reset a bit up in Utah and prepare for the back half of the season. Life is good🇺🇸😁

The coolest part for me is seeing how many different guys are having big races. We have a lot of depth right now and these guys are pushing each other to get better every day. It’s been fun to see that showing up consistently on race day.

Obviously LA28 is the big goal and we still have a lot of work to do, but I’m really proud of where this group is right now and the direction we are headed.

A lot goes into making this happen behind the scenes and I’m very thankful for my assistant @johnhigh_ , mentor @sebastianweberch and everyone who supports these guys and gives them the opportunity to chase this.

Also, probably my favorite results from this whole block 😂 Lily did her first triathlon at 4 years old and Alayna did her second at 6. Both took the win in their age groups 🥇🥇 Maybe we have two more coming through the pipeline 😂

It’s been a long stretch of racing and travel. I’m ready to get home for a few weeks, see my girls and ride some bikes with them ❤️ @kristinaspencer1

Then we are back at it. Europe next and a few of the guys heading to the next two WTCS races 💪
