Stay hungry. Stay humble. Keep learning. Keep pushing. Keep leveling up.

Learn the trade. Master your craft. Build your name. Build your business. Build a future for yourself and your family.

There is a HUGE future in the trades for the people willing to work for it. Opportunity is everywhere — but nobody is going to hand it to you.

Never settle because you’re doing “good enough.”
Never stop because you made a little money.
Never think you know everything.

Always want more. Always learn more. Always become more.

The future belongs to the hungry. 🚀

You don’t build an empire by yourself.

You build it with the RIGHT fucking people around you.

Guys who show up.
Guys who don’t fold under pressure.
Guys who understand their role.
Guys who don’t need their ego stroked every five minutes.

Everybody doesn’t have to be the star.

You need your leaders. You need your killers. You need your role players. You need the guys willing to do the dirty work when nobody’s watching.

And every single one of them matters.

Because in this business, when the job gets tough, the hours get long, the pressure is on and everything starts going wrong — talent alone isn’t enough.

That’s when you need a TEAM.

No egos. No jealousy. No bullshit. No worrying about who gets the credit.

Just a group of guys with one mentality:

GET THE FUCKING JOB DONE.

The bigger you want to grow, the stronger your team has to become.

You can go fast alone.

But if you want to take on bigger jobs, bigger opportunities, bigger problems and build something that lasts…

You need an army beside you.

Know your role.
Respect the guy next to you.
Hold each other accountable.
Keep raising the standard.

Because when the right group of guys starts moving as ONE — good fucking luck stopping them. 🔧💪🔥

What can go wrong on a plumbing inspection? Pretty much anything.

We had a self-certified plumbing inspection scheduled for water and sanitary, everything ready to go… except one small problem: one of the workers left the keys INSIDE the apartment. 🤦‍♂️🔑

No keys. No access. And if DOB decided to show up for a spot check, we would’ve failed the inspection simply because we couldn’t get inside.

Thankfully, we caught a break and no one showed up this time. 😅

In this video, we talk about how inspections don’t always go according to plan—and this was the PERFECT example.
