🤍Anishka & Manjul, thank you for having us be part of it.🤍

Quiet start, loud finish. Dhol on the driveway to the Mansion House at De Vere Wokefield Estate, a lot of happy tears and two families celebrating together.

Aanna + Parthiv 🤍 Easthampstead Park

Shot some of this on Super 8mm. That camera was my great grandfather’s — never met him, but somehow ended up with his camera years before I even knew I’d become a videographer myself. Felt right to bring it out for a day like this.

For Parthiv’s arrival we sent the drone up and got the whole procession from above.

P.S. — full confession, it’s not actually Super 8 footage 😂 just an edit that looks like it. Gotcha.

Amani + Ruchir 🤍 Easthampstead Park

Two days, one incredible wedding. Sangeet night and sports day to kick things off, then a full Hindu wedding and reception to close it out.

Neeshka, Amani’s sister, first got in touch about filming this one — and the moment we spoke, I knew this wedding was going to be all vibes. Sports day alone was some of the most fun I’ve had filming a wedding, full stop. Competitive family energy is a different level.

There were so many special elements woven through these two days, you’ll just have to watch to spot them all.

Thank you Amani & Ruchir for having us — this was a joy from start to finish. 🤍

Nina + Rohan 🤍 Offley Place

Filmed Rohan’s brother’s wedding last year. Getting the call to film his too, a year later - that’s the stuff that means the most. Nothing beats a family trusting you twice.

This is probably my 5th wedding at Offley Place this summer alone, so I know exactly where the light hits best and when. And Nina and Rohan’s day was pure magic.

Sonal and Mitesh got married at Offley Place and it was honestly one of those days you don’t want to end. Fire lit, vows made, family in tears within the first ten minutes 😭🤍

So happy for you two. Congrats!

10 years of filming weddings taught me this.

1. A wedding day doesn’t need more ideas - it needs fewer voices.

2. Calm couples come from calm environments.

3. The best suppliers don’t compete for attention. They protect the flow.

4. Rushing steals emotion faster than bad weather ever could.

5. Silence can be more powerful than direction.

6. Trust changes how everyone shows up.

7. The best weddings aren’t the busiest ones.

8. The moments people remember are rarely the planned ones.

9. Calm is contagious. So is stress.

10. My job isn’t just to film. It’s to hold the calm so the day can unfold naturally.

Harriet & Oliver at Danesfield House 🤍

Such a stunning place to get married, especially knowing it was once used by Churchill as an operating point during WWII. The day started with a beautiful church ceremony at St Theresa’s in Beaconsfield, then moved straight into a proper party at Danesfield House.
I do a lot of Indian weddings where dance performances are the norm, so it was genuinely nice to see family and friends bringing that same energy here too. And finishing the night with fireworks? Couldn’t have asked for a better ending.

Also, little bonus (for me): I’m local, so days like this feel even more special to film!

Krina & Dilen | The Belfry

We spent two amazing days with these two at The Belfry. Day one was calm and intimate: a lovely pooja, followed by a haldi with Krina and Dilen standing side by side, then finishing the night with a mehndi.

Day two turned it all the way up with a full Hindu wedding and reception. From the morning prep to the energy later on, everything just flowed. Such a good mix of tradition, family moments and proper celebration. Honestly just a really nice wedding to be part of.

Sachita & Akash | Hindu Wedding

Honestly didn’t feel like the UK at all. Akash came in with dhol players and the vibe was set straight away. The ceremony was outdoors, the weather was unreal, and at one point it genuinely felt like we were in Italy. Watching this back now while it’s freezing makes it even crazier. Such a good day, amazing energy and so many nice moments.

This is why I interview my couples.

For Sheena & Dinesh, everything changed the moment the cameras stopped focusing on the celebration… and started focusing on the people.

A single line from Sheena’s vows during the civil ceremony.

A moment from Dinesh’s interview — simple, direct, real.

His parents speaking with a softness you can’t script.

None of it performed.

None of it planned.

Just truth, exactly as it happened.

That’s the part of wedding films I wish more people saw — the cinéma vérité side of it.

The part I fell in love with back in film school.

Where interviews aren’t “content”…they’re character.

And wedding films stop being highlights - they become stories.

Filming Sheena & Dinesh across two days at The Grove let me bring that back. The elegance of the civil ceremony. The colour and energy of the Hindu wedding.

Two different worlds — connected by the honesty in the interviews.

This is the version of wedding filmmaking I always wanted to make.

Stripped back.
Human.
Cinematic.
True.

And I’m glad their story gave me space to do that.
