That’s a wrap on our Neighborly x Conejo Valley Visionaries “Meet Your Neighbors” summer series… and what a finale! ✨

We kicked the “Reset & Recharge” event off with matchas, mimosas, and rose water spritzes. Crystal then guided us through 3 breathwork techniques to ground and energize throughout the day.

From there, panelists Emily Trowbridge and Darlynn Childress shared their inspiring “second life” career pivots from teachers to business owners (@celewellness & Calm Mama Coaching) and tips for easing into this seasonal transition — full of honesty, insight, and humor 🙌

We dove into: 💡 Morning routines 👀 “Eyeballs” (don’t worry, we explain!) 🧘‍♀️ Fitting in wellness 🍽️ Making meal time manageable

And yes — the live audience Q&A was everything. 🩵

Benny May Stock (yep, she has a name!) was celebrated and showered with endless love at her baby shower this past weekend!

So many of the most brave and beautiful women I’ve had the honor to call friends and family were a part of this emotionally-overwhelming-gratitude filled-magical-sentimental-heartfelt-generous-full of love celebration and I’m forever grateful to the magic-makers and soul sisters of mine who put together this perfect celebration for our miracle baby girl! We felt and continue to feel the love and it is a healing balm to our hearts. There’s something about the having a name and a baby shower that makes it all so real, am I right?! 📷: @andresantis
