Today marks two years since I moved to Arizona.

It was difficult to choose photos for this post because there have been so many memories created, and wonderful people met, these past few years.

From beginning and leaving grad school, to giving it a shot again. From being given the opportunity to work with the supervisor team I met and adored so many years ago, to saying goodbye to the career I spent ten years in.

From wanting to stay active and being launched into an incredible flag football community. From stumbling across a gym, to becoming a part of a flourishing coaching staff.

From being made to feel like I am hurtling towards my 30’s, to realizing this is the beginning of something special.

From thinking I could never live in a desert state, to receiving so many fruits from it🪷

I’m so thankful I was able to be apart of this show. When I first auditioned I knew absolutely nothing about Pippin and now’s it’s become one of my favorite shows and easily my favorite all around show I’ve ever been apart of. What a beautiful show we were able to create in such a small amount of time.I love you all very much I’ve never had a cast where it almost felt like a family truly each and every single one of you guys will hold a special place in my heart! To Catherine LOVE YA QUEEN it was such an honor playing your silly little self

Pippin (2026) with @mesaencoretheatre ❤️

Words cannot fully describe how being a part of this production has changed my life. This has by far been my favorite and most impactful theatre experience to date. I learned so much about myself and the people around me in my community.

I realized throughout this process that I was holding onto a lot of negativity from my past, both towards myself and theatre in general. I had a lot of anger in my heart about past roles I had received (or not received!) and previous bad experiences. And while that frustration fueled my passion and determination to go after this show and the role of Leading Player, it wasn't until I began to let go of those emotions that I realized: the anger was the very thing holding me back from growing into the person and performer that I want to be.

The first week of rehearsals, everything hit me. All these years I had been pining for a lead role--and I suddenly realized just how much pressure and stress it brings. I had one of the worst panic attacks of my life; it felt like I was growing up all at once, and it was almost too much to bear. I began to do something I had always been afraid to do: rely on the people around me. This amazing cast and creative team created a space that made me feel supported and safe to form friendships and fall back in love with theatre and all the beautiful people within it. I realized that I don't need the anger anymore, and this show has given me the greatest gifts: connections with the most incredible & talented artists, and the ability to be motivated by joy. And I enjoyed every second up on that stage!!

It was a magical journey from start to finish. Thank you so much to @stephencoletheatre @elisenicolesings @goolstap for taking a chance on me and giving me this opportunity. This is the most unforgettable first lead role I could ever hope for, and to do it alongside the love of my life @redsedonaa made it simply extraordinary. And to the entire cast, my lovely new friends: it has truly been an honor being your Leading Player ❤️

What an absolute honor and privilege to be a part of PIPPIN @mesaencoretheatre ! Over ten years ago, I saw the national tour of Pippin and it sparked a feeling deep inside my soul to never give up on theatre and the ordinary parts of life! To be given the chance to portray such a complex and fun character as Lewis, is a once in a lifetime opportunity that I will never forget.

This process brought me closer to old friends, new friends, and opened a door that I never thought I would get the chance to walk through. I am so excited to share my next adventure in the coming weeks! 👀

I want to thank the production team for casting me and supporting me through this amazing journey! Getting to be the dance captain for this specific show was an honor! Thank you for your trust! @goolstap @stephencoletheatre @elisenicolesings

I must thank my woman-in-chair, my grounding force, and my newest bestie… @ashleyngold 🪑 “Dancing” with you every night has been an insane honor and I’ve loved every second of it. 🗡️

When I walked into the callbacks for this show and I saw @amandawfederico and @redsedonaa , a sense of belonging and comfort swept through my body. I said “there is no way I’d get the chance to perform as a trio with these amazing actors and friends…” and I’m still absolutely numb at how my dream literally came true! ❤️

To my counterpart, mother, and lover… @gravez85 and @kjsk211 💜💜 you have both pushed me as an actor and dancer and I am so grateful for the time we have spent together. Thank you for the chaos, conniving, and conspiring! It was soooo fun! ☀️

To my swing and partner in crime @chris7opher.gamble ..it has been so fun getting to finally work with you. Thank you for stepping in and supporting me every day!🎭

To the rest of my cast/crew: y’all have created a gorgeous memory that I am not ready to let go! I love you all so much and let’s kill it today…one last time!
