Hello Honey Monsters! Do you have some plans for the Halloween Weekend? 🎃 Come and say Hi! We are going to be at Jupiter Artland this weekend for their Halloween Market! There will be activities for all the family, great local produce and local makers, and a little spooky fun for all! We set up our Jupiter Artland apiary this year on their grounds. It has become a very productive apiary and has some really strong colonies. We will be at the market, so come along and sample some honey, and find out a little more about our bees at Jupiter Artland. We will be there on both Saturday the 29th, and Sunday the 30th. A brilliant seasonal day out, with lots of activities for everyone! You can find more information on the Jupiter Artland website about the market! And don’t forget! We are still running our birthday celebrations! We have our fabulous raffle in support of DniproKids running until Monday, as well as our sunflower sale in-store and online! Be sure to pick up your honey and tickets before time runs out, and celebrate with us! Can’t wait to see you all! #halloween #pumkin #halloweencelebration #jupiterartland #halloweenmarket #edinburgh #honey #bees #halloweenlife

It’s our birthday! Today! Like actually today! 3 years ago, Marta and Andy opened up the shop for the first time to all of you wonderful honey monsters! We have been overwhelmed by the support we have received over the last 3 years! Through thick and thin, lockdowns and furloughs we have made it through thanks to your support! And as a thank you, between today and the 5th of November we are going to be offering a discount on our Sunflower Honey. We chose sunflower for two reasons, as lovely all-rounder honey, it is the most likely to be enjoyed by everyone, and also because it ties in nicely with our Charity raffle (that you should enter!). The Sunflower has become a symbol of defiance in Ukraine, and we wholeheartedly stand by the metaphor. Our raffle is supporting DniproKids, supporting orphans in Ukraine. This honey is our little metaphor of support to go along with the raffle cause! So be sure to pick up your jar before the 5th of November to make the most of this promotion. And most of all, thank you all, without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today, with a lovely small team and some amazing bees! #birthday #celebration #honey #honeyshop #edinburgh #edinburghbusiness #local #brand #edinburghhoney #bees #honeybees #scotland #scottish #polish #happybirthday

Dear Honey Monsters - It's Our Birthday Month! On the 26th of October, we will be celebrating our shop's 3rd birthday! In celebration, we are hosting a raffle in aid of Dnipro Kids. Started by Hibernian Supporters after an away game in Dnipro a few years back, it was set up to help orphans in the city. In the last year, their work has taken on a whole new gravity in the wake of the war. You will find the link to the raffle in our insta stories!🐝 All proceeds from the raffle go directly to Dnipro Kids and you will be in with a chance of winning some brilliant prizes. We are reaching out to some of our lovely retailers in Edinburgh and Beyond for donations! We are starting out with a 1kg jar of our delicious sunflower honey up for grabs, with more prizes coming soon! This is just the beginning of the celebration, we are preparing so so much more! Let us know in the comment if you visited our shop opening 3 years ago - we would love to hear from you 💬🐝 Link in bio . . #aniversary #birthday #shop #honeyshop #edinburghhoneyco #raffle #entertowin #dniproappeal #ukraine Jar of honey on the top of wooden table.

Its COMB! It really is the most beautiful thing. It has the juice! And yes, when I tried it with butter everything changed, it really spreads the goooood taste! This one featured in the video is fresh from our new Apiary at Gorgie Farm! I mean, look at this thing! We stock fresh COMB both in our online shop and on Easter Road! It is a brilliant way to eat honey, we cut it straight from the frame and pack it in biodegradable packaging. Wax, and all! Just like the bees intended it! . . . #corn #cornkid #reel #reelitfeelit #ithasthejuice #honeycomb #honey #bees

It's Heather Season! All the beautiful hills and glens where our bee sisters live are in full bloom, and they are out having a feast! Andy has made a few visits to see how they are getting on (they are getting on great and loving it!) Heather honey is very dependent on good weather, as often the heather grows best on exposed hillsides. Great for heather, not so great for bees. But we've been very lucky with the weather, and are looking forward to an excellent harvest! We can’t wait to start pressing, and getting this year's batch in stock for all you honey monsters! #heather #scotland #visitscotland #scotlandlover #scotlandexplore #thisisscotland #edinburgh #nature #harvest #harvesttime #fallharvest #healthyfood #yummy #instafood #foodstagram #harvest #healthylifestyle #tasty #healthy #sustainablefarming #honeybees #honeybee #honey #scottish #edinburgh

Hey Honeymonsters Fathers Day is just around the corner! (of course, you remembered right?). We have a wide range of products that we think would make the ideal gift for anyone that you think is deserving of fatherly recognition in your life. We have selected a few types of honey that we think our father figures would love, and we are sure yours would too. -Hot Toddy- Nothing says, ‘relax, sit down, you've done well’ quite like a whisky. Our hot toddy honey has the same delicious and rewarding qualities as a fine dram, except, you can have it for breakfast! -Buckwheat- Our rich, malty buckwheat honey is the perfect gift for anyone that wants to combine a sweet treat, with something that looks like (delicious) engine oil. The perfect gift for someone who loves physical labour, getting dirty and generally being a helping hand. Soaps and candles may not be the go-to gift for fathers day. But we disagree. Our soaps are available in Honey, Linden and Oat varieties. They are suitable for a variety of skin types and contain no nasties. The mix of natural oils, and honey, create a rich lather and nourishes the skin. Even a hard-working, full-time father figure needs some me time. So treat them to a chance to recharge and refresh. Our candles also break the norm when it comes to fathers day gifts. With no perfumes or scents, our 100% beeswax candles are perfect for everyone. Our candles come in a variety of shapes, to fit any budget or candle holder. These candles produce no scent, other than a slight beeswax odour, and ionise the air removing impurities as they burn. If all of these items sound appealing, you can combine these together into our All Natural Gift Set. Select from a range of candles, soaps and a 400g jar of honey, to create the perfect gift for a father figure in your life, whoever that might be. Perhaps, however, your father figure would bee more interested in an experience gift, rather than something material. Booking for our Beekeeping experience at @lovegorgiefarm has gone live! Bookings for up to 4 people are available, so you can treat your father figures to a truly unique experience! Link to @lovegorgiefarm booking website in stories!
