Today is a huge day for me. I’m excited to finally share something I’ve been building behind the scenes… I’m officially launching Carna Nutrition — a gut health supplement brand born from my own gut-health wellness journey. As some of you may know my personal wellness journey hasn’t been easy after struggling for many years with gut issues and Ulcerative Colitis but once I learned how powerful gut health truly is, everything changed for me. I have created a supplement that is scientifically-backed, effective, and made with purpose. Carna Nutrition is more than supplements.
