This journey wasn’t effin’ easy for me. 💔

There were so many ups and downs throughout the whole process. ⬆️⬇️ A lot happened behind the scenes, a lot of emotions, a lot of stress, and honestly, there were moments when I questioned myself.

To all the new faces in @zeppoyoungsterz welcome to the Zeppo fam! 🙆🏻‍♂️

I’m genuinely so happy to see you guys pushing through this journey with us, wholeheartedly. You guys are BOMBACLAT! 😂🔥 Thank you for putting in the effort, trusting the process, and bearing with me throughout this journey. Love y’all! 😘

And honestly, winning is not something I’m chasing anymore.

If I’m being real, I’ve already achieved quite a lot when it comes to competitions. At this point, what I really want from every competition journey is the joy of dancing.

I don’t care about winning anymore. 🙆🏻‍♂️

I just want to be myself when I dance. I want to enjoy the moment with my teammates. I want to laugh, be stupid, be annoying to all of you 😂 and create memories that I’ll actually remember.

I’m tired of putting so much pressure on myself and carrying all the stress that comes with every competition I’ve joined before.

So this time, I’m choosing to focus on making myself happy even if sometimes I have to fake it until I actually feel it. 🤭

Because at the end of the day, I don’t want to remember the stress, the pressure, or whether we won or lost.

I want to remember how much I enjoyed dancing.
And that’s what this journey means to me. 🫶🏻

𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝗼 @andrewfoo__ is a Malaysian choreographer, coach, and founder of 𝘛𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘴𝘣𝘢, with 19 years of experience across Malaysia and Singapore's street dance scene. He coaches Zeppo Youngsterz, the crew that made history as World Champions at Body Rock USA 2023, and represents Asia internationally with Jam Republic. For 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐄𝐋, he brings a coach's eye and a champion's experience straight to DPA's dancers.
