A little letter to Kelley and Tyler, this post took me hours to choose images, and even writing this is difficult to sum up the day I had with you two. Kelley planned everything so well, the day flowed around this magical castle. When we ran around the lawn with @andrewjune_ you were totally in it, hardly bothered by an injured ankle and smiling on your dream day. Tyler’s Porsche sat in the front full of a memory of wind blowing through your ears coming up from Ottawa. This place is so clearly loved and it was nothing but an honour to come photograph you two and be welcomed with open arms. One of the most amazing days, it was honestly hours to choose these ten frames, there’s so much more. Thank you for the love and trust everyone gives so freely to me for this work. My summer is busy and wild but I wouldn’t change it for the world.

Katie & Gabriel’s beautiful celebration at Parsons Brewing in PEC🤍

A day that felt effortlessly elegant, light, and full of movement; from the soft, flowing details to a celebration filled with so much joy. More than anything, it was beautiful to watch two families come together so seamlessly, blending their lives and having an incredible amount of fun while doing it.

They said “I do” next to the water, just across the street from the home they share and steps away from the park where they got engaged. Every part of the day felt intentional—woven together by the places that have shaped their story.

On one of the hottest summer days, they celebrated surrounded by the people they love most, with meaningful details at every turn.

Katie, it’s so obvious to everyone around you just how deeply he adores you. The way he smiles at you, reaches for you and looks at you says everything. What a privilege it was to witness the beginning of this next chapter.

Nick, the love you have for the people around you is something everyone can feel. It was written into every part of your wedding day, but especially in the moments you shared with your grandparents. Celebrating your wedding on your Nonno’s birthday made the day even more meaningful—a memory your family will carry forever. The dance you shared with your Nonna was one of those quiet, beautiful moments that reminded everyone what it’s all about.

The generations before you helped shape the love you celebrate and having them there to witness the beginning of this new chapter was something truly special. 🤍

1 year later ❤️

It’s hard to believe 365 days have passed since @_wlmtr and I celebrated our love with all our family and friends around us on the hottest day of the year (that part was not planned 😂).

The day was everything we imagined it would be and more (shoutout to the talented @andrewjune_ who documented it all), but as soon as it was over, Will and I got to testing out “through the good times and the bad.”

I got sick the very next day, we said goodbye to our boy Shyloh 5 days later, and I lost my job the following month. Needless to say, things were a bit rough at the Khouri-Tran household 😅 I took each hit pretty hard, wondering how everything could fall apart so easily. But each day, Will showed up and reminded me that he was always there to catch me. Over and over again, I remembered why I married him, and why it matters who you choose to spend the rest of your life with. My rock, my personal comedian, the person who makes me feel like everything will work out even when it feels like the walls are falling down around me.

Will, I’m so lucky I get to call you my husband. Not everyone gets to spend every day with their best friend, and I count my blessings that I found you. Here’s to more of this magical life we started building 6 years ago. More walks to get a sweet treat, more head rubs and shoulder blade massages, more nights ended with “Goodnight, I love you.”

I’m so happy I get to do life with you ❤️
