Nationals August 2024:

Proud of all the bois. They showed great discipline and hardwork since the beginning of the prep🥇

Some of you might be disappointed by the numbers you got, but there is always next time to do better.

@giorgiosaliba_ : first place over 2 weight classes (74/83) as a 74 kg junior lifter🥇 and a national record on deadlifts, however we need to get back to building

@adnansidaniii : first place 🥇 next prep will be much better إن شاء الله

@abedshebly : first place Governorate (محافظات) 🥇 smooth prep الحمدلله

@andrewnouar : second place 🥈 killed it👌

@ahmad.mahfouz_ : second place 🥈 building something big إن شاء الله

@tarekfakhro_o : very good first meet 👌 building for some big numbers by the end of the year إن شاء الله

@yassersatalmish_ : not what we expected, but we learn and build upon that

@patrick_sarkis : great performance by pato especially since we weren’t training powerlifting when the competition was announced.

@dali_assaf_ : an unexpected issue caught us off guard, back to planning and rebuilding

Now we rest for a week and go back to pushing🏝️
