4-5 weeks of us laying foundation 🎯

Andrew works a very high physical output job, this required us to aggressively increase the caloric intake over just 3-4 weeks. As well as find training split and volume load that allows us to recover & perform our best within each session.

Now that we have found the firm foundation, we start building.
(Left 2 lbs lighter than right)

We have gotten proper nutrient intake to bring the life back to his physique and now it’s just matter of doing more of the same boring work with high effort and being consistent.

Excited for what we build in this improvement season ahead of us 🙌🏻

Shoutout to Andrew for keeping communication high, efforts high, and trusting the process we went through to have this foundation 👏🏻
