Here’s a more vulnerable side 🙈

This jersey means more to me than anyone would probably guess.

Every time I’m struggling to find that extra motivation to get to the gym, I put it on.

Because I remember how it used to fit.

I remember wanting to wear this shirt without the chichos 😂

That was literally one of my goals. I wanted to put this damn shirt on and feel good in it.

And now?

Same jersey.
Different body.
Different strength.
Different mindset.

But I’ll never disrespect the version of me on the right, because THAT version of me is the one who decided to start.

So when I need motivation, I wear the proof.

It reminds me of the body that carried me at 220 lbs, the work it took to get here, and every version of myself that refused to quit along the way.

220 → 158.

Progress isn’t always a number on the scale. Sometimes it’s putting on an old piece of clothing and realizing just how far you’ve come.

And I’m still building. 💪🏽

What’s YOUR version of this jersey?

DM BUILT when you’re ready to go get it.

I genuinely love training with my woman. 🖤

We can laugh, talk shit, have fun… and still know exactly when it’s time to lock in and WORK.

That’s one of my favorite things about us. We’re playful, but we’re focused. We’re competitive, but we push each other. And when we set a goal, we’re both about getting there.

Fitness doesn’t always have to feel so damn serious to be effective.

Have fun. Stay focused. Be intentional. Chase the goal together.

And if you need someone in your corner helping YOU chase yours, that’s exactly what we do at @androbuilt

1:1 coaching. In person + online.
Your body. Your goals. Built your way.

Same me. Different discipline. 💪🏽

These older photos always remind me that transformation doesn’t happen in one dramatic moment. It happens in all the little ones nobody sees.

The hotel workouts.
The “we’re traveling but we’re still getting it in” workouts.
The days motivation isn’t there but discipline is.
The decision to keep showing up until your body starts reflecting everything you’ve been building mentally.

I’ve lived this journey. That’s a huge part of why @androbuilt means so much to me. I’m not coaching from theory. I know what it feels like to look at an older version of yourself and realize just how far you’ve come.

And swipe to the end for my favorite client and partner in crime 😂❤️ She stays putting in WORK right beside me.

Your body. Built your way.

Y’all saw my dedication to win on TV.

Here’s my dedication to win in LIFE.

220+ lbs → under 158 lbs.

And one of my favorite parts of this transformation?
**THE CROP TOPS. 😂**

I’ve always loved myself. Even at my biggest, that woman was worthy, confident, beautiful and deserving of love.

But this?

This is a different level of love.

It’s the kind you build when you keep promises to yourself. When you choose yourself on the days nobody is watching. When your confidence isn’t just about how you look, but knowing what you had to do to get here.

If you’re working toward your own transformation, start here:

1. Strength train consistently.- Build your body instead of only trying to make it smaller.

2. Prioritize protein. - Give your body what it needs to recover and grow.

3. Move every day. -Walk, lift, stretch, dance. Just MOVE.

4. Stop chasing perfection.- One off day doesn’t erase your progress. Get back to it.

5. Keep promises to yourself. - Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is what changes you.

You don’t have to hate who you are now to become who you want to be.

I loved her at 220+.
I love her under 158.

But THIS version of me knows exactly what she’s capable of.

And she wears the crop top. 😏

Some of y’all don’t know I used to be an Assistant Principal. 😌

And discipline? Discipline IS my forte.

Structure. Accountability. Consistency. Knowing when to redirect and when somebody needed a little chat with AP Cruz (or Miastre Obsidian as some of you have come to know @carnivalerisque @dommemommies )😉

Different setting. Different wardrobe. Same discipline.
And because I practice what I preach… swipe to the end. 👀💪🏽
