You show up for a workout and leave with a community. 💪

Today wasn’t just about the workout—it was about people showing up, pushing themselves, and supporting one another every step of the way.

The goal of Knoxville Hybrid Club has always been bigger than fitness. It’s about bringing people together, creating connections, and building a stronger fitness community throughout Knoxville.

Every workout, every high-five, every word of encouragement is helping grow something special.

Grateful for everyone who came out today and helped make it what it was. We’re just getting started, and I’m excited to see this community continue to grow.

Detective Kaykay finally found the contact info for the Dr. that mis-diagnosed me as a kid. I feel Jesus telling me to write him a letter thanking him, telling him everything Jesus has done in my life through his decision and ultimately make sure he knows how much Jesus loves him. I wouldn’t trade it for the world…..thank you Dr., I forgive you And I love you. 🤟🏼

When Jesus became my Lord and Savior, little did I know what hung in the balance. A frozen shoulder, losing the rest of my hearing, two brain surgeries in PT school and the never ending battles. And the battles won’t end in this world but the one who already overcame the world lives inside me, so get outta the way 🔥👸

Reflecting on the games this past weekend and I’m still tired haha but I’m so humbled that Jesus chose me for such a time as this. To love, pour into, disciple and show others what is possible when you give up your desires and plans and surrender to Jesus.

While I feel SO blessed to have gotten to hear the ocean for a whole two years with hearing aids…..I wouldn’t trade being deaf and walking this journey that God made just for me for the world.

Love you guys and thank you for ALLL the support and texts and everything!! 🤟🏼🤟🏼🥰🥰🥰

Great times of fellowship with the Bibles and Barbells Bible study group.

We ate breakfast, we told funny stores, we talked about weekly wins and challenges, and discussed one of our favorite Bible verses.

I'm so grateful for all of these guys! Its nice to be able to have guys in my corner that comfort me when I'm going through life challenges and cheer for me when I follow gods path for my life.
