When suffering from an Ohrwurm, just go see the artist live. It won’t relieve the issue, just make it sweeter - swipe right for proof.
Of all the big concerts I’ve attended, its equally lovely going for the upcoming ones where it’s intimate, the music is pure and the artist is raw and wonderful.

Ohrwurm, noun, German (literal translation ear worm) : a catchy song or tune stuck in your head

the calmest ten minutes of my whole week🧘🏽‍♀️💗✨

heavy week, so when Andy invited me to a slow Saturday morning in Mauerpark, I said yes without thinking twice!

mats on the grass, a breathing practice that finally made my head go quiet, then pilates with @and_balanceinbody while the park woke up around us.

then journaling (I’ve never done this before). first time I’ve held a pen like that since university and somehow the calmest part of the whole morning 💌

coffee after: pumpkin spice latte and a croissant, feeling very New York about it.

Hosted by @andy.chajon. Coffee by @lapcoffee_ .

I want this to be a habit🍁🥹✨

💘 pilates, coffee, books and a dinner invite. This is exactly how my Saturday went:

• Pilates at Mauerpark
The first community meetup of one of my favorite creators @andy.chajon . 45 minutes of Pilates Sculpt with @and_balanceinbody , then a short guided journaling session. I felt so calm and so energized at the same time🧡

• Coffee at LAP Coffee ☕
We all walked to LAP on Oderberger Straße to chat and get to know each other over drinks.

• A solo walk and Gosori 📚
I left the group and wandered through the prettiest Pberg streets on my own while waiting for my bf, then stopped at @gosori_berlin , my favorite bookstore in Berlin.

• Five Elephant ☕
Another coffee break, and my boyfriend joined me here @fiveelephant

• Yumcha Heroes Manufaktur 🥟
We ended the day at an invite and the food was so good @yumcha_heroes

Save this for your next free Saturday and send it to the person you would bring along 🫶

What is your favorite spot in PBerg?

It’s that time of the year and our @she.candoitall female coaches union is exploding with love again.

These memories from last year snapped by @mariestaggat bring so much joy & inspiration.

Link in bio for this years event! If you ever been to a class led by a female and got inspired - it’s your time to give back, connect and hear us 🫶💎

Can’t wait to rock@this year with @hermioneplumptre in @abbymood_space let’s gooooo 🫶
