Time flies when you’re having fun - so much fun that I completely missed my own 4 Year Platform Anniversary 🤣✨

I started with @theplatformstudios as a freelancer in June 2022, and quickly transitioned to full-time on October 1st, 2022.

It’s been a wild ride, and I’m so grateful for every moment 🤪. I’m especially grateful for the community, the friendships, the lessons, and all of the experiences along the way 🤍✨

Darker, stronger, longer. ❤️‍🔥 REFORMER TOWER.

Reformer flow meets Tower resistance, layering controlled movement, mobility and spring-loaded resistance for full-body strength, greater range of motion and control.

Set to rhythm-driven music in a darker, immersive studio, this one hits different.

Everyone’s a winner at PLATFORM Playground. 😏
Four rounds, a full house and plenty happening between the games.
Here’s a look back at how we played. 🎮

Big love to our PLATFORM coaches @christophe_coach , @kerisveb , @andy.giovannini and @elliestevens_pt for bringing their A-game, @hungrywolvesme, @beeslineae, @barebellsuae and @drstretch.ae for keeping the good stuff coming, and @haneenkattae for turning up the volume with the live set. 💙

See you on the next one!

The class that stands taller. Meet REFORMER TOWER. ⛓️‍💥❤️‍🔥

Spring resistance changes the way you move. The Tower works with you and against you, helping you build full-body strength, improve posture, unlock greater mobility, and discover a whole new level of control.

You’ll walk out stronger, taller, and wondering why you didn’t try it sooner.
