In March we have income from sea fish, and those that have been in the river for a long time are also moved. To capture them at this time we must be patient and work much more, it is always possible if we manage to connect with the place and the water and climate conditions accompany us. Here we see Peter, the CEO of Sportquest with two incredible fish landed and quickly returned to their habitat.

Water conditions change all the time, and with it, sea trout fishing activity. After a few days of dirty water when the rains are present in the middle part of the large island of Tierra del Fuego, we can find great activity in the river throughout the season.

We are going through the middle of March and we had the honor of receiving our exclusive UK travel agent with an excellent group of customers who have been with us for more than 8 years, friends of this incredible experience at the end of the world. We thank @collingsworthpeter who is the CEO of @sportquest_holidays for trusting one more year in this small family project in the mystical Irigoyen River and its tributaries, adding your experience of so many years in the world of fishing worldwide. Fishing had variations due to two floods that we had in the same week, but we managed to obtain important catches demonstrating one more year the effort and commitment to the conservation of the resource. See you next year, dear friends

Deep, fast-flowing waters and a teal color are the perfect combination for chartreuse articulated flies. The lines stretch in the water current, and the moment we connect with a sea trout is unique and unforgettable.

Aguas altas, rapidas y color te; combinacion perfecta para moscas articuladas chartrouse. Las lineas se tensionan en la corriente de agua y el momento cuando conectamos una sea trout es unico e inolvidable

Specimen Series BIG trout is now live on YouTube 📺

I’ve been enjoying the fly fishing so much the last few Springs 🎣

I’m treated to a day at an incredible venue, the clearest water I think I’ve ever seen, and stacks of HUGE hard fishing trout.

A mega episode not to be missed!

Something completely different on tomorrows episode of Specimen Series 💪

An episode not to be missed 👀

Fly fishing is becoming an obsession with me more and more each year, I feel many forms of angling have lost their magic!
I get the most enjoyment from active styles of fishing more now. Trotting a float, lure fishing, surface fishing for carp and of course fly fishing!

Hopefully this episode captures the excitement of feeling a double figure trout wallop into your fly 🤩
Watching those huge trout in crystal clear water takes some beating 💪

A HUGE thank you to my good friend @andy.hunt2018 for making this happen, and also joining me in front of the Specimen Series cameras 🎥 🎣

Not forgetting @chris_ansell for taking on the tricky challenge of filming from a small boat 🚣
Great work as per usual on both filming, editing and avoiding getting a fly hooked in your nostril 👃 🤣

An invite to a very special place from my friend @andy.hunt2018 🎣

Each Spring I get more excited about dusting down the fly gear rather than carp rods nowadays 👌

An incredible days fishing, both of us catching several double figure trout, mostly on buzzers in the crystal clear water.

Thanks Andy again, great to chat about cool cars and big fish while enjoying the best fly fishing I’ve ever experienced 🎣🎣🎣
