First bike race of the season in the photo books and one of my favs to shoot @homegrowngravel which took place this past Saturday. Chilly race day to add to the challenges of the cross state line, cross time zone parcours that pack in some of the finest gravel Georgia and Alabama have to offer. And yes each states gravel roads maybe next door to each other but they are so different.

Big thanks @whizhawk so having me on such a talented team with @sagartur @jwdsgn @fullshuttermedia.

Any other races out there looking for an emerging veteran to cover your event give me a holler. And yes @letourdefrance @giroditalia @lavuelta you as well…

A few of my favorite photos I took over the weekend at the Velodrome for @barman1996 PsychoCross CX race. It could be the last time I shoot with my Pentax gear. After 40 years of @pentax_us I think it's time to sadly move on. I mostly shoot action photography and video these days and Pentax refuses to get with the times. Sad 'cause I really do love my K1 & K3ll and 40 years of lenses that all still work on every camera. But I am tired of throwing away have my soft focus or completely out of focus subjects and I might as well shoot from my 80s camcorder compared to the lack luster performance of either for video. #sadday #pentaxk1 #pentaxk3ii

Track season raced to a close @dicklanevelodrome last Wednesday under the lights for omnium night. What a wonderful evening, indeed year; of competition, camaraderie and community. The DLV is truly magical and I am so grateful to have found this place and its people on so many levels personally and professionally.
•
Chapeau to all the riders, fans, families and friends and beaucoup chapeau’s to all who give their time keeping the track go round and round. Truly is a herculean effort between organizing, maintaining, officiating and all the other bits and bobs.
•
See you back out there in 2024!!!

Just Sold in Collier Hills! Sometimes the first house you see is the right house -and that is all it took! Family of 3 when they went under contract and became 4 just a week ago. Congratulations to the Kelly family on this wonderful new start.
