Its finally time to start sharing with you or fantastic line up of artists on the Cheddar Arts trail this year. As we've mentioned before it's our biggest year of artists with over 40 sharing their work with you across 19 venues. All within walking distance of each other in the beautiful village of Cheddar.

Here's our first 4, Cathie Fisher @cathiefisher.art , Dilys Clarkson @silver_fox_silver , Andrew Chamberlain @andyc74 and Bridget Hemmings @bridgethhcc

Don't forget, the trail is May 2nd, 3rd and 4th this year. We hope to see you there!

So, I went to @royalbathandwest with @mendiphillsnl and @andyc74 We had a few great days and told lots of people about our work. Only problem was, someone had so much sunscreen on that it got all over his camera lens. Good job I look after mine 😎📷 #legominifig #sheepshearing @fernhillfarm1

Hello May! (well, in the magazine industry it is)

To get you prepared for the month ahead, our latest issue has landed with our subscribers today. (For the rest of you who support us each and every month, you'll be able to pick up this beauty on the newsstands from tomorrow.)

Expect interviews with the one and only ADAM HENSON. Yes, he is heading to Wells later this month so we caught up with him, at his farm, to chat all things SOMERSET (of course). Exmoor fans and Butcombe brewery fans won't be disappointed. We also chat about the flooding situation facing our farmers on the Levels and he gives us his views on the dredging of our rivers.

The green-fingered amongst you will be delighted to know that we also have an interview with no-dig guru CHARLES DOWDING - put your spade down!

Cricket fans - we have a new columnist James Hildreth on board - enjoy his words as he chats cricket and finances - what a winning combo.

Plus, we go behind the scenes with designer, Kirstie Macleod and Nina Gronw-Lewis MRSS ahead of the arrival of THE RED DRESS which is due to land in Somerton very soon.

Enjoy the magazine or you can subscribe here to ensure you are always topped up with the best of the county.
