Wrexham was something special this St David’s Day.

The streets were filled with incredible people proudly celebrating their Welsh roots — families wrapped in red, white and green, flags waving high, and smiles everywhere you looked. The town felt alive, busy, and full of energy from start to finish.

What stood out most was the pride. Pride in our heritage. Pride in our community. Pride in being Welsh. Generations came together to celebrate, proving once again that Wrexham’s strength is its people.

Days like this remind us that being Welsh isn’t just a nationality — it’s a feeling. It’s belonging. It’s standing shoulder to shoulder and celebrating who we are.

Wrexham, you did Cymru proud. 🐉❤️

So Rough Hands 2.0 is days away.
We have been told the contracts are close to being ready for us to sign.

We can't wait to see you all again!

We are taking on an existing venue and can't wait to build on the amazing community that already exists.

It will take a little while for us to put our stamp on the place - but was told recently, if you want to go fast go alone, if you want to go far, go together.
And with you we know we will!

Expect food, more craft beer, more events and more good times.

As promised . . all finished at The Greyhound Inn for now. Please see earlier posts for more info about the artwork.

Thanks to Laura & Lisa, the wonderful managers at @ The Greyhound Inn, for always being a pleasure to work with. Thank you also to Marston's Brewery for making this such a straightforward experience.

Special thanks must also go to those pub regulars who kept me entertained / driven to distraction while I was doing it 😁 #cheers #iechydda

I'll be back at The Greyhound Inn #supportlocal before Christmas to paint some more special requests (which are somewhat out of my comfort zone, good practice for me though - so let's see how that goes 😬😂)
