After what happened to Connor Murphy a couple of weeks ago. I said it before I am going to say it again: I lost too many People that I know and loved to drug addiction. It's time to take the War on Drugs seriously. Not just because of what happened to Connor Murphy but because our loved ones are doing it not receiving the real help they need.

And I have been looking into the Golden triangle. It's time to shut it down and stop the drug trafficking from Southeast Asia as much as the Southern border.

Goodbye @connormurphyofficial 👋😞

I don't know what made you do this but... You deserve better and I kept hoping you would return to your old self but whatever made you like that from 2020. "The Pandemic". You should've gotten the real help you needed. A grim reminder of what both Drugs and your Demons do to you. I'm sorry for what happened and I am so sorry... For not understanding what you were dealing with.

I have been doing great with my weight loss with the DDP YOGA from the Wrestling Legend himself Diamond Dallas Page

I totally recommend it. Full of logic and common sense of yoga for Men. As well as anybody. Follow the DDP Yoga page on this site. You all won't be disappointed. Thank you so much @diamonddallaspage for your Yoga and giving me back my confidence back, controlling my metabolism and making me feel good about myself.

𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀: 5 years
𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹: bulk

Andy is unstoppable, for the past 5 years he’s been grinding nonstop, leaving the days of being skinny teen behind and chasing aesthetics, mass and greatness.

Oftentimes outside eyes neglect to see how much work goes into added muscle to a skinny frame, but Andy broadcasted his entire journey online, inspiring so many along the way.

Andy’s massive now and helps others recognize their ability to get the same results, while still aspiring for more.

Right now he’s got his goals set on bulking again and dialing in on his leg routine, working smarter and prepared to double his leg gains.

If you start today and stay consistent like Andy, skies the limits!

and you’ll never see the distance runner irl post online and will still pull up and run a 69 min half💀 but somehow every few hours the dude on the right is talking about how ‘hard work beats talent when talent fails to work hard’ and somehow has all this time to be making cringe running edits. like i promise if you put as much effort into videos as you did into training, you’d break 30 mins in the 5k 🙏

Those who want to know and I am addressing the Elephant in the room. Why do I care much about Connor Murphy?

The reason is that when he was big(pun intended) on YouTube. He was one of the selfless, humble and down to Earth Guys who doesn't have an ego or foolishly doing it to get attention. And the one who inspired others to get in fit and workout too. And how Women love that kind of Man with a quality like that besides the physque. When I heard he was interested in Acting I thought he could be a real life Chris Redfield for the Resident Evil attempt reboot as well as Patrick Ross for the remake of Species II. But in 2020, with the enlightenment or whatever crap he did to doing the Ayahuasca is what made me lose interest. Because personally I have seen and lost too many People doing Drugs. Believe me I know. Then going to Thailand because of the Woke and Cancel Culture situation I can see that but now that it's dying thank God. I hope Connor returns back to America if he hasn't already.

And @connormurphyofficial I hope you understand when you are reading this. Not just me but there's plenty of your followers and fans that you inspire to get into the gym and so much because you was the Guy that cared and can relate to others as much as you went through. I also hope and wish you the best. Whenever you come back on your old YouTube channel. Address of what really happened. Come clean and tell the truth. Just be yourself not talking like Neil Tyson or whoever like you did in the past. Please.

I know you're reading the posts and read your name mentioning Social media, please @connormurphyofficial look what you are doing to yourself. Stop this crap!

Go and join the @menofwarcrucible training camp where you can be a better version of yourself and do what you used to do before you went downhill and put on this stupid charade that you're putting on right now.

Because I like you what you once were in 2016-19. I like to see you being an Actor and have a successful inspiration for everyone. Please I implore you! I also hope @tony.huge & his Girlfriend @foxy._44 on Instagram convinced you to do so!
