Running is better with friends! I got to run my second half with the broskies today. I started running at the beginning of this year. I ran my first half marathon in April with a time of 2:17:19. Today I ran my second half in 1:44:41. 🏃‍♂️ 💨

THURSDAYS = HALFROX 🔥

If you’ve got a HYROX on the calendar this fall, this is where the work gets done.

Every Thursday at AR Fitness & Nutrition, we’re putting together a HalfRox-style workout designed to build your engine, sharpen your race fitness, and get you comfortable running hard when your legs are already fatigued.

🏃‍♂️ Run
🔥 Work
💪 Repeat
🤝 Train with the crew

You don’t need to be a HYROX veteran. You just need to show up and put in the work.

Fall HYROX season is coming. Let’s build. 🔥

We never imagined we would hit one of biggest goals a few months shy of hitting 2 years as a gym

This means a lot to us and it would not be possible without the support of everyone that has been involved in one way or another in making a dream come to life.
