There’s no better compliment than a happy client. ❤️

A huge thank you to Lewis Calobri, seller of 49 Fortune Lane, Palm Coast, for taking the time to share such kind words about his experience working with Andy and the A-Team.

49 Fortune Lane was listed at $399,000, went under contract after just 8 days on the market, and ultimately closed at full asking price.

But behind every successful sale is a client trusting us with an important chapter of their life — and that means far more than the numbers.

Hearing Lewis describe the process as simple, professional and well handled from start to finish is exactly what we strive for with every client.

And the fact that he’s already recommended Andy to others? That might be the best compliment of all.

Thank you, Lewis, for trusting us with the sale of 49 Fortune Lane. 🏡❤️

If you’re thinking about buying or selling in Palm Coast, Hammock Beach or the surrounding area, we’d love the opportunity to help.

THIS ONE MEANT A LITTLE MORE. ❤️🏡

49 Fortune Lane is officially closed — and we couldn’t be happier for our seller.

At 92 years young, this former New York firefighter trusted the A-Team to represent him in the sale of his Palm Coast home — and we were proud to deliver.

📍 49 Fortune Lane, Palm Coast, FL 32137
💰 Listed at $399,000
⚡ Under contract in just 8 days
🔑 Closed at full asking price

Behind every closing is a person, a chapter and a reason for making a move. Getting the opportunity to help clients through that process — especially someone with a story like this — is what makes the job worthwhile.

A huge congratulations to our seller, and thank you for putting your trust in us. It was an absolute pleasure. ❤️

Thinking about making a move in Palm Coast? We’d love to help you write the next chapter.

What a weekend at Hammock Beach. ⛳️🌊

A fantastic few days of golf, great company and one of the best backdrops you could ask for — finishing it all from the 18th at FURYK & FRIENDS.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Coastal Gateway Real Estate Group tent throughout the weekend. It was especially nice catching up with people we’ve had the privilege of helping find a home here, meeting new faces, and talking with some who may just become our future Hammock Beach neighbors.

For the A-Team, this community is about much more than property. It’s the people, the golf, the ocean and the lifestyle that make The Hammock such a special place to call home.

We’re incredibly proud to have supported this year’s event and to be part of a weekend that brought so many people together here at Hammock Beach.

Thanks to everyone who came by, said hello and made it such a memorable one. ❤️

And if spending the weekend here has you thinking you could get used to this lifestyle… you know where to find us. 😉
