Honestly, where has this year gone and every year since covid gone? Anyways we move.

The usual suspects are all locked in for September: Taco Tuesdays with £5 Palomas, then Wednesdays are packed with Run Club, Open Decks, £5 pints & £5 margs. Thursdays bring our rotating crew of selectors for Record Store Lates, including FILMREHAB & Tii, Selective Hearing, Sonder (Vol. 3) and a special release launch TBA on the final Thursday, all paired with the well-oiled 2-4-1 cocktails.

Fridays and Saturdays are for late-night dancing. Sunday Sessions are there to gently bring you back down after a long weekend.

And yes, the terrace is still doing bits. Come grab a Dough Hands slice, smash a few of Manny’s tacos, soak up the sun and pretend September isn’t basically autumn. The sun won’t be here forever.

See you at the bar.

CORSICA STUDIOS FOREVER 🫶

It was 2007 the first time we visited Corsica Studios for Bleep43 with Surgeon & Legowelt. It had white walls, a single battered sofa in the smoking area, and sometimes hosted three rooms simply by pulling a heavy curtain across the bar. A space made entirely of music, dancefloors and community spirit.

It was a heyday for grassroots and DIY music culture in the city, with institutions like Plastic People, Turnmills, Herbal and Bagley’s still around, as well as the upswell of warehouse spaces like Great Suffolk Street, SE1 and Hearn Street Car Park. fabric was still a dark, pulsating den of hedonism, and Bloc had just hosted their first festival at Pontin’s in Great Yarmouth.

So much has changed over the past 20 years, yet Corsica Studios remained reassuringly unchanged. A steadfast bastion of underground music culture that has meant so much to so many of us. We will be forever grateful for the years we had together, the incredible music, the dancefloor marathons, the friends we made, and the countless memories.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Adrian Jones and Amanda Moss for always putting the culture, music and community first, and to everyone who made it such an incredibly special place over the years. Corsica Studios, we salute you. Gone, but always in our hearts.

And it don’t stop! You know how we do by now, just because we had a rager the night before doesn’t mean we won’t just get straight back on the horse and get on the march right into the new year with another fat all day into night!

It’s somewhat a ritual by now, and it’s for the stamina crew, somewhere light and airy, to dance away the scaries. Our annual NYD this year comes as a two parter.

Part one, we have two of London deepest selectors and Giant Steps affiliates, Andy Lemay & Eliphino who will easing us in nice through hip hop, neo soul, jazz and more through funk, house and beyond. Celestial meditations for you to meditate on.

For part two we welcome back Round About who team up with our in house crew and bring along KT and Grace Sands for the ride for those who want to carry on post-Adonis and Art of Dark. We don’t stop ‘til you stop, last him, her, them standing. Let’s go!

Free so early risers, slowly rising in price as the tempo does. Come early stay late, what else you gonna do on a damn bank holiday x

Cycling to Amsterdam for ADE, Volume 2025 🚴🏽‍♂️✨with @resident_advisor team @andylemayyy and @rudimd
Halfway there and still pedalling for @bridgesformusic , the charity building music schools and creative hubs in South Africa. It’s not too late to donate for an amazing cause!! Link in bio.

Consider me the Cycling Cinderella, racing against the clock ⏰ from Rotterdam to make it in time for today’s 2:45pm talk at Felix Meritis, where I’ll be speaking at ADE @amsterdamdanceevent with @revolutz , @nadine_noor and @samueljspencer about who holds the power after dark, possibly still in my cycle gear 🫨

🚴🏾‍♂️ We’re cycling to Amsterdam for ADE (@amsterdamdanceevent) to raise money for Bridges for Music (@bridgesformusic) , supporting education and opportunities for young people across underserved communities.

It’s a big ol’ ride, but an even bigger cause that we need your help to reach our goal and raise lots of cash.

Every donation counts, and you can find out more and support the journey via the link in the Jumbi bio.

Big love from Andy, Nathanael, Rudi ❤️‍🔥
