First session of 2026 with Andy, Nicola, and their sweet boy, all on 35mm film 🎞️ I adore this family and am so grateful to start the year off with them. This first photo was taken at sunrise on the property where they got married in 2024. Coming back here with them to experience it again (this time with Archie boy) was so special. I’ll wake up early and push through a very chilly morning like this one any day for this little family. ☺️

What a gift it is to feel deeply. To let joy move through you, to wear your heart on your face, and to be fully present in the moment. Nicola embodied all of this. Once she was fully dressed, she transformed into the sweetest version of herself, like a little girl playing dress-up, filled with SO much excitement. She laughed. She cried. She danced, completely free, as if no one was watching. And just as she embraced the big, loud, love-filled moments, she also soaked in the quiet ones. Like when, as the day was coming to a close, she stood overlooking the valley at sunset, holding onto it all…her wedding day, her people, her love ❤️

You are living into your purpose.” 🥹 Thank you so much @niccifreelu — I’ll be holding onto those words forever. I’m so grateful to have had the chance to support these two. There’s truly no greater feeling than working with a couple who wholeheartedly trusts you and goes above and beyond to express their gratitude. I connected so much with this family, this day and these photos and I’d do it all over again for them in a heartbeat ❤️
