The kindness, love, joy, and faith in everyone was truly so inspiring!! God showed up in every way this week and I cannot thank him enough for the blessings and lessons learned!! Thank you Jesus!

about halfway through this week i was trying to fall asleep and couldn't because i was thinking of all the things i was doing wrong. i could've put myself out there more or volunteered to do more or just tried harder overall. the next morning we did devo and looked at the story of mary and martha and i just felt the Lord telling me to sit back and watch all that he was doing in Costa Rica through everyone else. he showed up in so many ways and im so grateful to have been a part of it all. Luke 10:38-42🌺

Senior Spotlight: Andy Miller IV!

“Now the God of hope fill you with joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Spirit” - Romans 15:13

“My Senior Wisdom is that the world will look so appealing and be hard to resist, but It doesn’t even compare to the Grace of God. You can’t serve both you of those things, and if you decide to choose grace, the Holy Spirt is the only true route to that holiness. Getting involved in youth will be one of the biggest joys in your life.”

“My favorite youth memory is staying up late into the morning at d-now talking about deep personal stuff”

“I feel closest to God during my scripture and prayer time”

“The best spiritual advice I’ve been given is that becoming Holy can only come from God doing a work in you”

“The best positive change I’ve made is that I’ve set an example for how older boys at the youth group should act”

“Advice I would give to my 8th grade self would be to Focus on your reading”
