In deep appreciation for our yoga bubble 🫧over the roofs of salzburg 🧂I want to share some beautiful moments of our yoga time from summer 2025.
I am honouring every second of teaching and just sharing my own practice, lived knowledge and presence with all of you, whenever we get together. It is such a JOY and BLISS for me to not teach in a sense of what’s good / bad , but rather always invite you to play, explore and most of all just feel whatever needs to be felt in order to feel whole, nourished and held.

My own practice & teaching has evolved a lot over the past six years and I am deeply happy to see all of you evolving and flourishing through yoga too! Thanks for showing up and being part of this authentic community!
Most of all, I am just in awe of the whole project of being a human in this world and all the unforgettable moments we get to share, in union and in presence.
I bow down to the divine essence in YOU. Namasté.

C u on the mat today one last time in 2025 for our season closing yuheeee! ⭐️👌🏽😊

MY FIRST EXHIBITION !

What stays when everything around us changes?
That’s the question I kept coming back to, and it slowly became the heart of my photography project, Across Horizons.

I had the opportunity to create something close to heart and meaningful, something that carries our culture forward in a personal way. This project is about Latvians living abroad who still hold on to their traditions through clothing, stories, and small everyday gestures.

The exhibition brings together portraits, archivals from the Latvian Occupation Museum, that way connecting past and present, and of the most powerful symbols in our culture- Lielvārdes josta -which visitors could feel and explore.

And I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part and trusted me with their stories- you are the ones who made this project what it is. And this is just the beginning!! (:

pateicībā / all the love,

“Mūžam mīlēt un nēsāt uz rokām!..”
Skaļais “Jā” vārds izskanēja maija pēdējā dienā, kad pirmie vasaras saules stari bija jau apciemojuši Latviju! Svinības līdz rīta gaismai Kalnmuižas pilī @kalnmuizaspils burvīgajā atmosfērā.. 🥂🕊️

Paldies MOSS!”

Lai ilgi un laimīgi! 🤍
