I think I've officially found the perfect hobby for an introvert. 😂🧶

Give me a crochet hook, some beautiful natural fiber yarn, and hours on the road, and I'm perfectly content!

We've been traveling, and I decided to put all those hours in the passenger seat to good use. One beanie turned into another, and then another... and before I knew it, I had a whole collection! 😂

The funny thing is, I used to wonder how people could sit and crochet for hours. Now I'm the person who doesn't want to put her hook down!

I've been quiet on here for a few days, but clearly my hands haven't been idle.

There's just something about slowing down, working with your hands, and creating something useful that I absolutely love.

Now tell me, are you an introvert who loves having a project to work on, or do you need to be out doing something?

You might be a homesteader… if you’re building an amazing community of people willing to learn, grow, and laugh at themselves. 🥰😂

I’m not saying yarn solves everything…

but have you ever walked out of a yarn shop with a bag full of beautiful natural fibers? 🧶

This little corner of Instagram is going to be all about crochet, natural fibers, handmade pieces, learning as I go, and creating things meant to last.

Welcome to Heirloom & Hook. 🤎

Most women don’t need more rules — they need clearer signals.

When we support fullness hormones, metabolic communication, and the gut–brain connection, the body stops fighting and starts cooperating 🤍

This is a gentler, smarter way to approach weight, energy, and hormone health.

Today reminded me that bodies change—and so does strength.

What used to feel like a warm-up asked for patience instead.

No frustration, just grace… and the quiet trust that stamina returns when we stay kind to ourselves. 🤍

Walking this season too? You’re not alone 🤍🫶

These last 3 years I have struggled to stay consistent with workouts. This came up in my photo memory reminding me where I was and how far I grew.

I spent the last few years leaning more about gut health. Doing my certification as an IHP, Integrative Health Practitioner and helping families claim back their energy and health. I love every part of it and I look forward to many years of helping change lives.

This year I want to give myself back the gift of strength something I know as we age we loose because we are not working towards it. Trust me building strength is hard. It's hard to feel sore and want to keep pushing towards that goal. But the results will be so worth it.

Work doesn’t have to feel like work when you’re building something meaningful with your favorite people. After finding success in a business like this, a normal 9-5 doesn’t sound fun to me.

I get to be with my boys whenever I need to. The freedom, the fun, the flexibility—it’s exactly what I prayed for. If you’re craving more of this in your days… you know where to find me. 🖤

Yes I'm a Health Practitioner and yes I promote these products and this business! This is my why. ❤️

Affiliate marketing isn't just for influencers, it's just doing business in 2024. And I love that I get to add it as one of my income streams and one of my offerings.
