💛🧡🤎🍁2026 Fall Mini Sessions!🍂🤎🧡💛 1 DAY until Fall Mini Session bookings open!!! THIS WEDNESDAY EVENING, TOMORROW- August 19th at 7:00 p.m. Please set your alarms, text your friends, make a point of getting family photos on your calendar this Fall. It really is important, you guys! We will have 10 dates available for afternoon/evening sessions, they will all be in an outdoor natural setting. 15 minutes is all these take! 🌅September 13th 🧡September 17th ☕️September 19th 💛September 20th 🪵September 27th 🍁October 3rd 🥧October 17th 🍂October 18th 🤎October 29th 🎃October 30th $300, plus tax. Please be ready to book your date and time, because when these sessions go live, they book quick. And they always sell out! The quicker you can get a spot the better! I used to promise a certain amount of images, and then way over deliver. It’s hard to put into words how grateful I am to have had the opportunity to play in two amazing flag football leagues this season. Being surrounded by organizations, coaches, teammates, and supporters who truly care about the players, our growth, and our development means more than I can explain. These leagues didn’t just help me become a better athlete; they helped me grow as a person, pushed me to work harder, and reminded me why I love this game so much. I’m beyond thankful for every lesson, every challenge, every teammate, and every memory made along the way. Thank you to everyone who continues to believe in me, support me, and help me grow. Forever grateful 🤍🏈

Over the past few months, I sold homemade pies and fidget toys, that I 3D printed, in order to raise money to buy Christmas presents for my family. I love giving gifts and search for months to find the perfect things. For my sister, I made a little scavenger hunt for her to find her new bike. I think she likes it!!

After presenting a poster at the American Occupational Therapy Association (#AOTA) conference earlier this year with colleagues Jerelyne Idica Amber Jenkins, and Sarah Tuberty — three incredible occupational therapists who also have upper limb differences — it was a privilege to bring our work home to my state OT conference. . Sharing this research locally opened new doors for collaboration and sparked meaningful conversations about how we can better support people with upper limb differences across the lifespan. . What struck me most was how many practitioners showed interest in understanding the types of issues that individuals with congenital and acquired upper limb differences experience. These conversations reminded me that national awareness only matters when it also reaches our local clinics, schools, and communities. . One of the most thought-provoking exchanges I had was with a fellow OT practitioner about access to school-based services for children with orthopedic impairments (OI), like those with upper limb differences. That discussion deserves its own post (stay tuned!). . Every time this poster is shared, new connections are made — and that’s exactly how meaningful change begins. 🩵 . Today is International Chef Day! I want to say thank you to every chef that has taken the time to teach me over the years! From cooking with family at home, to later on @masterchefjunior and everywhere in between. About a year ago I started the process to get a prosthetic with @openbionics 🦾 There were evaluations to make sure I was a good candidate, fittings, fighting and appeals with insurance, a pies for a prosthetic fundraiser (where we baked over 300+ pies), more fundraising and @aggiesforlimbs stepping up to cover the rest! It has been a long road, but because of the love and support of so many people, I have a new Hero Pro arm! THANK YOU!! My hope is this arm with help be strengthen the left side of my body. I will be able to use it to rock climb and do ninja warrior too to help me get even stronger! We are thankful for a way to help my right side to get a break every once in a while now. I see prosthetics as a tool. I can already do everything I need to with it, but just like I can’t cut an onion without using a knife, this will be a tool to help my body get stronger in ways I wasn’t able to before. *If you are currently fighting insurance too, whether for a prosthetic, or needed medication or treatments, you aren’t alone.
