Video from the other day but finally got around to posting it. Decided to test my dead lifts for the first time in a while. I had been experiencing large amounts of back pain due to scoliosis but have been working to build my muscles and gain some strength back, and it seems to be helping. This is me lifting 80Kg on my 8th set of 5. Each set gradually increasing the weight. Ended up doing more sets than I was going to because I was able to lift a lot more weight than I thought without having any problems or pain. Can't wait to see how much I can actually lift 😁
