Just for a MOMENT - imagine being a mental health provider the last 20 months. Imagine holding space for each and every person as you simultaneously navigate the same challenges, new norms and collective grief. Imagine normalizing sessions in cars, closets, work break rooms, during walks, covid wings of hospitals, park benches and even in person but with masks and no hugs. This team has dealt with brutal circumstances to do what we love - promote wellness, healing and self growth. Navigating new layers of traumatic challenges has been intense to say the least. This team is committed to loving each of you, loving each other and still having energy to love our own families + pets. We have bonded deeply while working even harder and seeing each other less. That formula would ruin most small business, but somehow our miracles just keep reminding us that we are UNSTOPPABLE. Truly and magically unstoppable ✨✨✨ From our team to your hearts - Happy Holidays ❄️♥️💚💫 xoxo The MOCWC Family 🌳 #youmatter #therapy #wellness #smallbusiness #wellnessworks #selfhealing #womensupportingwomen #womenownedbusiness #growthmindset #pandemicproof #unstoppable #merrychristmas #happyholidays #bestteamintheworld #therapistsofinstagram #pivot #wellnesscenter #bewell #ibelieveinmiracles #lovewhatyoudo

8️⃣ is G R E A T 💚⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We did it! We turned 8! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This has been the most amazing and important year we’ve had at Mission Oaks Counseling & Wellness Center. We didn’t realize when we created this business that we would be providing mental health to hundreds of people in the middle of a pandemic 🤯 The social consciousness + awakening across our team and clients is inspiring and motivates us to continue our pursuit for healing. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We created the Wellness Center with the intention of bringing phenomenal practitioners together to help, heal and promote hope. The mind, body, spirit connection has been the core of our mission and we see it working! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This year we would like to give a special shout out to our team. We’ve had over fifty employees since we opened our doors, many who elevated our Center and taught us incredible lessons. We honor each of you and the value you have brought to our team and our growth personally and professionally. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Do us a solid and drop a 💚 or a shout out in the comments below 👇🏽 to any of our amazing team members that impacted your life for the better. We know how lucky we are and we don’t regret a moment of owning and developing a small business 🍀

Look at this stunning group! Truly the best of the best at what they do. This team is so special. Every woman you see here is fierce, intelligent, nurturing, moral, compassionate, determined, resilient, ethical + kind✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ We had some serious weeding to do in 2019, but we came out stronger than ever before! It’s amazing how challenging times teach you how truly capable you are. 💪🏽 💥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What an honor to lead this incredible group who teach and inspire so many amazing people in our community. We touch hundreds of hearts and minds each week - all people seeking to learn, grow and be well. 🌳 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This tree - 14 feet high and 9 feet wide - represents our team so well! Tall and proud, bountiful with beauty, a LOT of work and never ending possibility. Thank you ladies for the gift of vulnerability, grit and growth. 🥰 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #mocwc #bestteamintheworld #bewell
