I love 💗 @sheldricktrust and I am sure you will too as @angelika.schubert tells ~ “A new day begins and Bumpy is ready for action. Our little chap emerges from his bedroom, sheds his pyjama boanket, and takes a sun-dappled stroll to his personal pool... where he promptly settles back down to sleep. In Bumpy’s world, ‘action’ is relative and mornings cannot be rushed!
Bumpy is one of our newest arrivals. His mother died, likely in a territorial fight defending her baby’s life. He spent at least a day huddled by her body before the Kenya Wildlife Service rescued him and brought him into our care.”
You can become part of Bumpy’s journey - read his full rescue story and support him through an adoption: sheldrickwildlifetrust.org/

A hug from Kaikai makes everything better!
I love @sheldrick and I bet you will too! 🐘

Kaikai adores her Kaluku family and is a notably affectionate elephant. After giving Keeper Joseph a hug, she trundled over to share the love with us behind the camera!
Kaikai is one of the youngest orphans in our care. We rescued her in May, after her mother died of natural causes. It was an uphill battle, as is the case with neonates, but today she is absolutely thriving.

Want to support Kaikai’s journey back to the wild? Adopt her, as a gift for yourself or someone special: sheldrickwildlifetrust.org/

My dear friend & AMAZING artist @gundidietz new artpiece, black Bronze 🐘 Gundi has soo much love in her pieces and in creating this beautiful piece, she shares big hope for the elephants & for us all to understand what exceptional creatures they are and they need protecting.
This elephant 🐘 sculpture Gundi created to inspire your idea to explore the possibility of adapting an elephant from the Sheldrick Wildlife Foundation. @sheldricktrust
Kimura was her name. This inspired her to create a sleeping elephant.

The beautiful city of Novigrad/ Cittanova in Croatia happily received this sculpture and placed it prominently on the main Boulevard next to the sea. It’s a bronze sculpture measuring 75cm long, 65cm wide and 30cm high.
Following this successful experiment, Gundi decided to produce some in porcelain. She created beautiful small Augarten porcelain elephants in black and white! An example you can see in the picture!

PALMA DE MALLORCA, SPAIN
SANTANYÍ
Where history and culture converge in stunning, authentically Mallorcan surroundings.
Santanyí is a township that has managed to retain its authentic Mallorcan charm. A traditional but upmarket rural town, Santanyí appeals to most for its peacefulness and natural beauty, combined with a good dose of culture, art, and gastronomy. Small and quaint, this picturesque town is nestled within agrarian surroundings in Mallorca’s southeast yet is still within easy access to some of the islands most breath taking, unspoilt coastline.

One of the most rewarding experiences I have had is being involved with people who care and are making a difference to our troubled times on this amazing planet, Mother Earth. Please check out these wonderful and honest organizations for your next gift perhaps to yourself, your children or for your Valentine 💘I promised your involvement will be the best experience to your soul. Way better than flowers and your gift is for a year of saving their lives and towards the four years it takes around the clock feeding and teaching these orphans what they need to know to survive before their return to hopefully a chance in the wild. Adopting an orphan and learn how much these wonderful people help unit ‘co existing’ through education with these beautiful endangered creatures & village life with human awareness. Start by looking them up @sheldricktrust 💞🐘💞🦏💞🦒😍www.sheldricjwildlifetrust.org and www.biglife.org @biglifeafrica

“𝓐 𝓥𝓮𝓻𝔂 𝓜𝓪𝓵𝓵𝓸𝓻𝓬𝓪𝓷 𝓑𝓲𝓻𝓽𝓱𝓭𝓪𝔂”

Mallorca, Spain…my birthday week in this magical island in the company of my @daniellouisbaseggio and good friends…
With over 200 beaches, sheltered coves, limestone mountains, turquoise blue waters, rugged mountains and picturesque villages, a vibrant culinary scene and Roman and Moorish remains.
I first came here with my dad back when I was a teenager and fell in love with these beautiful islands and I’ve meaning to come back all these years…
I can’t think of a more beautiful spot to celebrate my birthday this year.
We can’t wait to come back and do it all over again !
Adéu, bella Mallorca…
