💡𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐭𝐨𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 - schon gewusst❓
.
.
Was bedeutet Balayage eigentlich
.
.
𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐝 𝐫 𝐞 𝐚 𝐦 𝐬 ✨
.
.
𝐁𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐬𝐡, 𝐛𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐣𝐚𝐬𝐡, oder viele andere Bezeichnungen, die ich schon gehört habe 😂
.
Es heißt : 𝐁 𝐚 𝐥 𝐚 𝐲 𝐚 𝐠 𝐞 ( gesprochen Ballajaasch 😅)
.
Es kommt aus dem #𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐳𝐨̈𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐧 und stammt von dem Wort - " b a l a y e r ", was so viel bedeutet wie #𝐟𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐧🌾
.
.

My fighting year 2019 is coming to an end.

I am very satisfied with my performance this year. I have fought 4 fights and could leave the ring 3 times as winner. I also think that I have represented Germany well on the international stage.🇩🇪✊🏼 However, I did not fight these fights alone, I fought them together with my team. Without my team all this would not be possible. The hard preparations, the hard diets and the strong support in and outside of the gym.

Thanks to my gym @tempel.fightschool, my coach/manager/friend @sefergoktepe, my family/ friends, @arjtrainingen and my sponsors @topten_martial_arts 🥊, @fitness_megastore 💊, @kleinigkeit 👕, @thekingtape 🦁, @thai4more 🧵, @kehl.lydia 🥰

See you in the new year, with good and big fights ❤️ .
