SEVEN QUEENS. SEVEN FINALISTS. SEVEN CONVERSATIONS. ONE CELESTIAL JOURNEY.

As we move closer to the Mr Gay Nation South Africa 2026 Grand Finale, we want to take a moment to celebrate and thank seven phenomenal drag queens who gave their time, energy and platforms to our Celestial Seven Finalists through a series of special Instagram Live conversations.

Angelina Monroe ~ @angelinamonroequeen
Luna Snow ~ @luna.snow.official
Dominique Corset ~ @dominiquecorset
Nicole F Jones ~ @nicole_f_jones
Queen Electra ~ @electra.chaos_eclipse
Queen B Bouvier ~ @queenb_bouvier
Valium Ssky ~ @_valium.ssky_

Each queen connected with one of our finalists, creating a space where they could step beyond the photos, challenges and competition and simply talk about their journey, their experiences, their personalities, their dreams and the men behind the title.

These conversations gave our audience another opportunity to get to know the Celestial Seven, while also reminding us of something incredibly important: our community becomes stronger when we use our platforms to uplift, support and celebrate one another.

To Angelina, Luna, Dominique, Nicole, Electra, B Bouvier and Valium — thank you.

Thank you for the laughter.
Thank you for the questions.
Thank you for the conversations.
Thank you for giving our finalists your time.
And most importantly, thank you for being part of their Road to the Title.

You each brought your own personality, flair and magic to this journey, and we are incredibly grateful to have had you as part of the Celestial Empire.

The crown may belong to one man at the end of this journey…
…but it takes an entire community to create something truly unforgettable.

With love and appreciation, thank you Queens.

A lot of people ask me, “Ceylonia, what’s your story with the drag community? Why do you care?"

The answer is simple...because I love them!

I had the opportunity to judge at @miss_gay_dynasty pageant, and every time I’m surrounded by this community, I leave with even more love than I had before. I see people who have chosen courage over fear and who have fought to become exactly who they are, despite a world that doesn’t always make it easy.

If I have a son oneday and he tells me he wants to be a drag queen, I’ll be ready. Not because I’ll have all the answers, but because I already know this community. I know there will be people who will love him, protect him, mentor him, and remind him that he never has to face the world alone.

It breaks my heart that so many young people still grow up terrified of their own sexuality or identity. Too many young men feel like they have to hide who they are. Too many lives have been lost because people didn’t feel safe enough to live their truth.

I'd like to be part of changing that. I want people to know that they deserve to be loved exactly as they are. That they deserve to feel safe. That they deserve to take up space.

Congratulations to @divine_intentions_drag on winning Queen Consolate. Nobody deserves it more than you. ❤️

And to my drag mom, @angelinamonroequeen … thank you for taking my hand and welcoming me into this beautiful world with so much love and grace. Thank you for teaching me, laughing with me, and becoming such a special friend. I love you dearly.

Drag isn’t for everybody.

And that’s the point.

We don’t all have to be the same to celebrate each other’s humanity.

❤️❤️❤️❤️ julle is beautiful! Dankie vir die insane show!!

What an honor and privilege it was to be part of something so amazing and spectacular. During my journey in Miss Gay Dynasty 2026 I have been awarded with the best sisters, Queen Consulates and Directors. I have made new friends but most importantly I have gained a new family.

Thank you to The new Queen Consolate @divine_intentions_drag for supporting me throughout this journey and also assisting me to push my boundaries and step out of my bubble. You mean the world to me and I will forever be grateful for what you have taught me. You are an icon and a true symbol of courage and inspiration for our community.

Thank you to The Reigning Miss Gay Dynasty 2026 @electrabbouvier for such an incredible sisterhood and friendship. Not only that but the support you have given me and the laughs we shared in the car and in the dressing rooms. I just know that you will do wonders during your reign.

Thank you to the directors as well @queenb_bouvier @angelinamonroequeen @king_to_queenb for such an amazing job at creating this pageant and giving us a stage to show our talents. Thank you for all the hard work you guys have put into this pageant in order to create a lasting platform for each of us.

Thank you to all the judges, contestants and supporters that was there to witness the greatness and success of Miss Gay Dynasty 2026.

I'll leave you all with this one last line... Every Queen Wears A Crown❤️✨

When you’re dressed by @the.stitch.za with the brilliance of Melissa Pienaar and you have the joy of your @wigsbyvanity hair, you know you’re going to feel like a queen. Last night at the @miss_gay_dynasty pageant was an incredible night of learning, introspection and raw talent. Thank you to @angelinamonroequeen @king_to_queenb and @queenb_bouvier for having me as a judge. Until we meet again.
