In Nashville I had the pleasure of visiting the Gulch area and many of the murals. This one by @kelseymontagueart is super special because it’s not just street art, it comes with a message. She started the #whatliftsyou campaign to provide people with the opportunity to share more about what inspires them in their life.
.
.
As I stopped to reflect on this there are several sources of inspiration and encouragement in my life:
1. Isaiah 40:31 “Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; they will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary.
2. My husband @tim.whitson13 who is my biggest cheerleader and support system. He never ceases to makes me laugh, compliments me daily and gives me the courage to go after my dreams.
3. My mom is my best friend and mentor! She was a constant light and encouragement to me growing up and continues to breathe support and love into my life. She’s taught me the importance of caring for your family and serving God with your whole heart. I’m so blessed for her guidance and now friendship as an adult.
4. This past year I have had the privilege of meeting and being surrounded by so many amazing women through my Zyia and USANA businesses that are uplifting and full of light...women on my team, customers, other #bossbabes that are out grinding and making their dreams come true. And there’s also the inspiring women in the #pwrcommunity who are working on being their healthiest selves and supporting each other along the way!!! .
.
I challenge you to stop and reflect on this too and share it with me!!! What lifts you up?!?
