Your body has patterns. And those patterns have something to tell you.

This Sunday, I’ll be at The Self Centre in Lydney as part of their Wellbeing Weekend, sharing two very different ways of exploring the connection between our body, emotions and energy.

At 12pm: When the Soul Speaks, I’ll be introducing kinesiology, exploring how stress and emotions can influence our physical experience, and demonstrating how muscle testing is used within my RESTORE Method.

At 2pm: Breathe & Restore, you’ll have the opportunity to experience guided breathwork, slow down, reconnect with your body and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself space to breathe.

You don’t need any previous experience. Just curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Sunday 25 October | The Self Centre, Lydney

I’d love to see you there.

Plasma explained!
Also waffled on so long I forgot to say:

Recovery
Swelling for 3-4 days
Carbon crusts on the area for 4-7 days depending on skin health and age.
Areas below the neck can take longer for the scabs to heal

Full results 8-12 weeks post treatment

Results are permanent depending on what you’ve had treated or last 2-5 years

Usually one session is sufficient but some people choose to have more.
