The best people to tell you about an Artemis retreat are the women who’ve actually been on one.

The training, the conversations, the laughs, the moments that challenge you and the friendships that form.

We can plan every detail of a retreat, but it’s the women who show up that make it what it is.

Here’s what a few of them had to share.
WE ARE LIVE FOR BALI 🌴🥊

25–30 January 2027.
DM us BALI for more information.

Our June Retreat wrap up 🥹🥊✨

A weekend of boxing, movement, breathwork, good food, big conversations and plenty of laughs.

We created Artemis retreats because we wanted something that went beyond just a “wellness weekend.”

A space to move your body because it feels good.
To challenge yourself.
To switch off.
To connect with women you may never have crossed paths with otherwise.
And to leave feeling a little stronger, lighter and more like yourself.

Our June retreat was everything we hoped Artemis could be, and now we’re taking it somewhere new. 🌴

Next stop: Bali 🇮🇩
📍 Uluwatu
🗓 25–30 January 2027

5 nights of boxing, movement, breathwork, incredible food, sunshine, connection and a few surprises along the way.

If June looked like your kind of weekend… wait until you see what we have planned for Bali.

DM us “BALI” to be the first to receive the details. 🥊🌺

There’s something so special about having women around you who genuinely want to see you win. 🤍

No competition. No jealousy. Just love, support, encouragement and celebrating each other’s success like it’s our own.

I’m so lucky to be surrounded by such badass women. Strong, driven, beautiful souls who inspire me in so many different ways.

Through all the highs, the lows, the crazy moments and everything this journey has thrown at me, these girls have been there.

This journey wouldn’t be the same without you, and I feel so blessed to have every single one of you in my corner.

Here’s to women supporting women, chasing big dreams and always wanting to see each other shine. 🫶🏽✨

Boxing takes. Boxing gives. 🥊

It takes your ego, your impatience, your fear, your need to get everything right.

And in return, it gives you composure, discipline, resilience and a quiet kind of confidence that follows you long after you leave the gym.

I guess that's another lap around the sun. Feels like I'm still 25, I mean the only men that try and talk to me are 25 anyway 🐆
Haters will say the 3rd photo is ai (I hated the background so changed it) hehe

Week one, done! Our eight-week Artemis Boxing Camp is officially underway @bondiboxingclub

Starting is the hardest part. Learning and building a new skill often feels awkward and uncomfortable at first, and that’s completely normal. It’s also exactly what makes the payoff worth it, watching your improvement build week by week, and feeling that confidence grow from within.

Want in on the next camp, or curious about 1:1 coaching? Send us a message 💌
