Saxophones were definitely getting loud. Lost a tree in front of my house during the storm yesterday. Minimal damage. Everyone is Okay. #GodIsGood

Took the family to vote today. I enjoy going places with my little family. Especially since my son is now 22 and rarely has time for his parents. 😄

Quick story: The first time I voted I was 18. It was 1987 and my Dad made me go with him to vote at Lakeview Elementary school in Whitehaven. Shelby county was trying to bring horse racing to the Memphis area and if my memory is correct, the proposed track would be on Mud Island. I can vividly remember him saying, "We have to vote for the horses!" He loved horses and I guess the idea of a track here was exciting. Well, the measure passed but, we never got the horses. I guess some other politics got involved even though the residents passed it with 60% of the vote. So, long story short, the first time I voted was so my dad could gamble. 😂😂😂 #election #Vote #explore #Memphis

My kickoff to #901Day was great! First, two of my classmates from @utknoxville were in town and stopped to see me. Then, my wife and I went to a FREE @bobbyrushbluesman concert at the @overtonparkshell. It's maybe 5,000 people there, and it turns out we're sitting behind some of my cousins and my aunt. So, we ended the night with my family on #BealeStreet @bbkingsmemphis. What a day! #positivevibes

On August 3rd, 19(something, something), a legend was born. So, today, we celebrated the most Leo of Leos, the most extroverted of introverts and the prettiest thing to ever come out of Greenville, MS - my wife, Angie. #HappyBirthday, baby! 🎂🍹🎈

The family took me to brunch today. Then we went by my mom's house, and she hooked me up with a new car to add to my fleet! #HappyFathersDay to all the dads.
